The Spring Dance

The blue sky and the pleasant wind were just San Francisco’s spring. In school, Jade was talking with her classmates about the Spring Dance. She was taunted by others for always talking about demons and talismans. Jade was brave, outgoing, and had a broad vision for taking adventures all over the world, but she lacked a person who listened to her. Uncle Jackie was too busy, Uncle had too many sentences to say and classmates didn’t believe in her.

Just at that time, Hsi Wu turned into a boy of the same age as Jade and came to the playground to stand up for her. The three demon antennas also turned into three pinches of handsome hair.

“Are you new in town?” Jade asked.

“Yes, I am Hsi Wu—Seymour Jahoositz.” “The boy” said.

On the way home, Jade talked to Hsi Wu about her experiences of adventures and it seemed that Hsi Wu was interested. Jade invited Hsi Wu home, hoping to show him the demon tail.

Jade fetched the rooster talisman of floating and rabbit talisman of speed in Section 13, thus had the flying ability equal to Hsi Wu. She used the tiger talisman of balancing Yin and Yang and the half copper coin to find Hsi Wu. Jade played an important role in the battle and finally, Hsi Wu was trapped back into the netherworld by Uncle with the flute, Han Xiangzi’s instrument.

Everyone was cheering while Jade was a bit lost.

“So long, Seymour.” Jade said, picking up the half copper coin Hsi Wu left.

Afterward, Jade was using Moose camera to take a video of prisoning Bai Tza, the Water Demon, when she was hit by Chi Magic by accident and flew into the Demon Netherworld with Bai Tza.

All portals had been opened twice and could not be opened anymore except Shendu’s. Uncle told Jade with his spirit that the only way to get out was through Shendu’s door and the door would close quickly after getting through it.

Jade got lost in the netherworld and could not find where the eighth door was. The Moose camera she accidentally let go hit Hsi Wu on the head. Hsi Wu flew towards where the camera came from.

“Jade, say Chi Spell!” Jade saw a big bat flying towards her in the distance. She was afraid.

Hsi Wu seized Jade and flew to where his siblings had a meeting.

“Brothers and sisters, let me introduce the human Jade.”

“Tasty!” Po Kong came near, saliva flowing.

Hsi Wu took Jade aside.

“Why do you preserve her? She is my dinner!” Po Kong was angry.

Hsi Wu didn’t know why he preserved Jade either. Hsi Wu was not like Po Kong, he did not like eating humans, which did not mean he was a merciful ruler before. Do not forget that he used to order female servants to sing for him in a cage.

This time, he cannot be hurried to rule the world and be defeated again, he should win the world with wisdom.

Looking at Jade in hand, an idea came out.

“I can utilize Jade to get Jackie Chan’s trust, and then may have the chance to study Uncle’s magic.”

Hsi Wu arrived in the face of Jackie. Jackie and Tohru were prepared to have a battle.

“Don’t listen to him! I was cheated by him. He was inherently crafty and I don’t believe in him anymore!” Jade shouted before Jackie and others said a word.

“Hiss……” Hsi Wu lost the gentle, frowning.

He said nothing and flew away to the distance in the sky.

Hsi Wu was annoyed. Last time he cheated Jade easily but this time he underestimated the difficulty of getting trust that the schedule of ruling the world would probably be put off. However, besides this, there was one more reason. The person who said no was not Jackie, but Jade. Her attitude was awful, which made Hsi Wu annoyed, although what Jade said was correct. “Take my kick, Seymour!” Jade jumped and kicked towards Seymour, smirking.

Seymour was hit, rolled backward, and land steadily on the ground.

The headmaster walked toward Seymour and Jade, with a big trophy in his hands.

“What you bring us is not only a beautiful dance but also an excellent Chinese Kungfu! I pronounce that the winners of this year’s golden prize are Jade and Seymour!” ?The headmaster said.

Another round of applause. At that time, Jade seemingly had forgotten Seymour was a demon. She was enjoying the honor.

However, a demon was a demon after all. When the applause receded and the light of the stage darkened, Jade had to face Hsi Wu directly.

“Don’t follow me! You the crafty buddy. Let me go home alone.”

“Maybe the magic like Lo Pei turning Shendu into a statue?” Jade came up with the idea.

“Sensei, I can help you. We do research together.” Tohru is a Japanese, so calling Uncle, his teacher “Sensei”.
