hMPV屬于肺炎病毒科,偏肺病毒屬,為有包膜的單股負鏈RNA病毒,平均直徑大約200nm。hMPV包括A和B兩個基因型,可分為A1、A2、B1、B2四個亞型,這些亞型常常同時流行,各亞型病毒傳播力和致病性未見明顯差別。
hMPV對熱敏感,60℃?30分鐘可滅活;對乙醚、氯仿等有機溶劑敏感;1%次氯酸鈉等含氯消毒劑、5%福爾馬林、2%戊二醛、1%碘伏等常用消毒劑可滅活病毒;對0.1%脫氧膽酸鈉、十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)和曲拉通X-100(TritonX-100)等去污劑敏感。
HMPV屬于肺病毒科,偏肺病毒屬,有包膜的單股負鏈RNA病毒。2001年,由荷蘭學者首次從未知病原體引起呼吸道感染患兒的鼻咽抽吸物樣本中檢出。血清學研究表明其存在至少60年,在世界各地均有分布,是常見呼吸道病原體之一。
HMPV主要通過咳嗽和打噴嚏產(chǎn)生的飛沫或氣溶膠傳播,與感染者密切接觸和接觸病毒污染的環(huán)境也可能造成傳播。一般來說,感染后潛伏期約3-5天,HMPV誘發(fā)的免疫保護較弱,反復感染常見。HMPV全年均有檢出,但以冬春季檢出率最高。此外,HMPV感染也可以引起暴發(fā)流行。
