手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證）－簡(jiǎn)介

在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標(biāo)志屬?gòu)?qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-11）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售并打開(kāi)其他國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行

This European Standard specifies the requirements and methods of test for manual call points in fire detection and fire alarm systems in and around buildings. It takes into account indoor and outdoor conditions，the appearance and operation of the manual call points for type A "direct operation" and type B "indirect operation" and covers those which are simple mechanical switches，those which are fitted with simple electronic components (e.g. resistors, diodes) and those which contain active electronic components and which work with the control panels for sign alling and identifying, for example, an address or location. This European Standard does not cover manual call points for special applications, for example manual callpoints that are intrinsically safe or for use in hazardous conditions, if such applications require additional or other requirements or tests than those given in this standard.本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了建筑物內(nèi)外火災(zāi)探測(cè)和火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)中手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)的要求和測(cè)試方法。它考慮到室內(nèi)和室外條件，A型“直接操作”和B型“間接操作”的手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)的外觀和操作，并涵蓋那些簡(jiǎn)單的機(jī)械開(kāi)關(guān)，那些裝有簡(jiǎn)單電子元件(例如電阻，二極管)和那些包含有源電子元件并與控制面板一起工作以發(fā)出信號(hào)和識(shí)別，例如地址或位置。

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不包括特殊應(yīng)用的手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)，例如本質(zhì)安全的手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)或在危險(xiǎn)條件下使用的手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)，如果此類應(yīng)用需要比本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中給出的額外或其他要求或測(cè)試。

手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)CE認(rèn)證－EN 54-11–認(rèn)證流程

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請(qǐng)

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，手動(dòng)呼叫點(diǎn)需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-11

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-11進(jìn)行測(cè)試評(píng)估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書(shū)

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售
