外貿(mào)10年,總結(jié)了不少模板,現(xiàn)在走上了創(chuàng)業(yè)路線,為紀(jì)念我多年的外貿(mào)生涯,先分享我之前總結(jié)的郵件模板,希望大家不要見笑,如果大家有更好的模板,也可以分享一起欣賞。

01開發(fā)篇

開發(fā)篇1,針對新客戶開發(fā):個人看法:

1、簡短,客戶一目了然,不會耽誤客戶時間閱讀。

2、主題New Supplier吸引。

3、價格吸引,不管是真的還是假的,客戶可能會聯(lián)系。

4、免費樣品和目錄吸引。一般客戶對免費樣品和目錄會感興趣的,發(fā)給對的人,基本上會回復(fù)。

主題Re: New Supplier Offer for XXX From XXXXX/ Name+Date

Dear XXX

We manufacture XXX products. I believe our price will be cheaper at least 10% than your current supplier for the same quality products.

Free samples and E-catalog will be provided if needed.

Email me or just call me directly to talk more. Thank you!

開發(fā)篇2,針對聯(lián)系過的老客戶開發(fā):個人看法:

1、簡短,可能感興趣的產(chǎn)品加粗顯示,不會耽誤客戶時間閱讀。

2、主題New Offer吸引,

3、免費樣品吸引

4、新價格吸引(自己隨便改改價格)

Dear XXX,

Long time no your news. How are you doing these days? Hope everything goes quite well with you.

Is there any inquiry about cloths, Gloves, Wrist/heel straps, Mat, Sticky mat, Chair, Tapes and some other Products ? We would like to send you free samples for most of our products. Kindly please contact us if you are interested in them.

By the way, The price for some of products you inquiried was updated. Please email me back if you need to know the new price.

02報價篇

報價篇1, 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)郵件報價(針對第一次報價客戶):

個人看法:

1、標(biāo)題,多次提到公司名和自己的名字,讓客戶記住你,這一點在后期郵件跟進(jìn)中會起到非常大作用

2、 第一段再次提到公司名和自己的名字,并且Manufacture 后面即使不是你們生產(chǎn)的,也可以這樣寫,因為客戶希望你是manufacturer.

3、正文報價簡潔,明了,價格可以加粗,很多外面人,包括一些老外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員經(jīng)常在報價中忘記報運費條款和付款條款,如果這個沒有寫,客戶會再次郵件問你,這樣就加長了談判時間。

4、最后有一個勾引,就是樣品勾引,記住,每一份封郵件給客戶,一定要有一個問句或者選擇句,這樣可以牽著客戶的鼻子走。而不是讓客戶牽著你的鼻子走。

Thanks very much for your inquiry and interesting in our products. This's XXX,sales manager from XXXXX, manufacturer of XXX and some other products in China. Here in following is our best offer based on EX-W Terms.

報價篇2, 快速報價(針對新客戶):個人看法:

1、標(biāo)題,提到公司名和自己的名字,讓客戶記住你,這一點在后期郵件跟進(jìn)中會起到非常大作用

2、第一段再次提到自己的名字和公司名字,讓客戶記住你

3、正文報價簡潔,條款齊全。

4、第三段中呼喚客戶的名字,讓客戶感覺到親切,提到樣品,直接從報價提到樣品。

03跟進(jìn)篇

郵件跟進(jìn)篇1:

個人看法:簡單跟進(jìn),問題在于這份郵件什么時候發(fā), 我一般是報價后客戶上班1-2小時后跟進(jìn)。如果沒有回復(fù),我會再次郵件跟進(jìn)一下。

如果客戶還沒有回復(fù),我會電話跟進(jìn)。即使你口語不好,或者客戶說的你聽不懂,你只要清楚的介紹:This is XXX speaking from XXX company. Could you please check your email and give me a reply?

Subject:Re: Follow up Offer gloves From XXXXX Manufacturer

Dear

This is xxx,sales xxx from XXXXX,manufacture of xxx. We appreciated your enquiry about xxx via Alibaba dated on xxxx.

I am writing to ask if you have received my quotation? Now I am sending it again as below. Hope you could spare your time to check if the price is workable for you. Awaiting for your feedback and thanks in advance.

這個郵件,大家細(xì)細(xì)體會,承擔(dān)的關(guān)鍵在于跟進(jìn),不斷的跟進(jìn),一份訂單下來一般需要7-11次跟進(jìn)報價。所有親們對不同的產(chǎn)品,不同的客戶在跟進(jìn)上面要下功夫。報價后,如果沒有回復(fù),沒有電話,跟進(jìn)信一定要頻繁。還可以用不同的郵箱去跟進(jìn)。

郵件跟進(jìn)篇4:

Subject: Samples available for gloves from XXX+Name.

Dear XXX,

This's XXX from XXXXX, manufacturer of Glvoes .

Have you spared your time to check our offer below? Your prompt feedback about our offer will be highly appreciated including price,MOQ,Lead time,Payment terms.

By the way xxx, Our samples can be available for free of charge for your evaluation if you like. Awaiting for your feedback and thank you inadvance.

郵件跟進(jìn)篇5:

Subject:rofessional suppler for Gloves.

Dear XXX.

For so many days no response from you,now I am writing to remind you about our offer for gloves dated on July.25th. We would like to work out a better price for you after feedback by you. Any of your comments by return will be much appreciated

It will be our big pleasure if we have the opportunity to be on service of you in near future. Looking forward to your early reply.

郵件跟進(jìn)篇6:
