本文件按照GB/T 1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則 第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)定起草。

本文件是GB/T 40711《乘用車循環(huán)外技術(shù)/裝置節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法》的第1部分。GB/T40711已經(jīng)發(fā)布了以下部分:

——第1部分:換擋提醒裝置;

——第⒉部分:怠速起停系統(tǒng);

——第3部分:汽車空調(diào);

——第4部分:制動(dòng)能量回收系統(tǒng)。

引言

加快發(fā)展節(jié)能汽車是緩解燃油供應(yīng)矛盾、改善大氣環(huán)境質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要舉措。為貫徹落實(shí)《汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃》中提出的乘用車平均燃料消耗量目標(biāo)要求,我國(guó)發(fā)布并實(shí)施了GB 27999《乘用車燃料消耗量評(píng)價(jià)方法及指標(biāo)》。為鼓勵(lì)先進(jìn)汽車節(jié)能技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,做好GB 27999配套實(shí)施細(xì)則,基于鼓勵(lì)先進(jìn)、可量化評(píng)價(jià)的原則開(kāi)展了乘用車循環(huán)外技術(shù)/裝置節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法的制定工作。

鑒于不同循環(huán)外技術(shù)/裝置的技術(shù)原理、節(jié)能效果以及應(yīng)用程度存在差異,節(jié)能效果的評(píng)價(jià)方法也存在不同,因此GB/T 40711編制為分部分的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)合行業(yè)管理需要和技術(shù)應(yīng)用特征,先行制定了換擋提醒裝置,怠速起停系統(tǒng)、汽車空調(diào)、制動(dòng)能量回收系統(tǒng)等技術(shù)/裝置的節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法。同時(shí)未來(lái)亦不排除擴(kuò)展納入其他循環(huán)外技術(shù)/裝置的可能。GB/T 40711《乘用車循環(huán)外技術(shù)/裝置節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法》的前四部分構(gòu)成如下:

——第1部分:換擋提醒裝置。目的在于確定乘用車換擋提醒裝置的循環(huán)外節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法。

——第2部分:怠速起停系統(tǒng)。目的在于確定乘用車怠速起停系統(tǒng)的循環(huán)外節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法。

——第3部分:汽車空調(diào)。目的在于確定乘用車空調(diào)的循環(huán)外節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法。

——第4部分:制動(dòng)能量回收系統(tǒng)。目的在于確定乘用車制動(dòng)能量回收系統(tǒng)的循環(huán)外節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法。

每種技術(shù)/裝置節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法分別作為GB/T40711的一部分,各部分相互補(bǔ)充,共同構(gòu)成我國(guó)循環(huán)外技術(shù)/裝置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系。未來(lái),將根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)一步調(diào)整完善循環(huán)外技術(shù)/裝置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,促進(jìn)行業(yè)節(jié)能技術(shù)進(jìn)步。


乘用車循環(huán)外技術(shù)/裝置節(jié)能效果評(píng)價(jià)方法
第1部分:換擋提醒裝置

1 ?范圍

本文件規(guī)定了乘用車換擋提醒裝置節(jié)能效果的評(píng)價(jià)方法。

本文件適用于具有換擋提醒裝置的最大設(shè)計(jì)總質(zhì)量不超過(guò)3 500 kg 的M1類車輛。

本文件適用于能夠燃用汽油或柴油的車輛,不適用于混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車。

2 ?規(guī)范性引用文件

下列文件中的內(nèi)容通過(guò)文中的規(guī)范性引用而構(gòu)成本文件必不可少的條款。其中,注日期的引用文件,僅該日期對(duì)應(yīng)的版本適用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改單)適用于本文件。

3 ?術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義

GB 27999界定的以及下列術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義適用于本文件。

節(jié)能駕駛指示裝置eco-driving indicator device
可實(shí)時(shí)、直觀地提醒駕駛員調(diào)整駕駛操作(換擋和/或加、減速)以降低實(shí)際駕駛中燃料消耗量的裝置。

3.2
換擋提醒裝置gear shift indicator;GSI
裝配于手動(dòng)擋車輛,可實(shí)時(shí)、直觀地提醒駕駛員調(diào)整擋位的一種節(jié)能駕駛指示裝置(3.1)。

4 ?總體要求

4.1 ?節(jié)能駕駛指示裝置(含換擋提醒裝置)應(yīng)能以視覺(jué)和/或聽(tīng)覺(jué)等形式實(shí)時(shí)、直觀地提醒駕駛員進(jìn)行節(jié)能駕駛操作,同時(shí)不應(yīng)影響車輛的安全運(yùn)行。

4.2 ?車輛生產(chǎn)企業(yè)或其授權(quán)代理者應(yīng)將―輛代表被試車型的車輛提交給檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu),同時(shí)提供以下相關(guān)信息:

This document is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents.

This document is the first part of GB/T 40711 Off-cycle technology/device energy saving effects evaluation methods for passenger cars. The following parts of GB/T 40711 have been published:

—— Part 1: Gear shift indicator;

—— Part 2: Idle start-stop system;

—— Part 3: Automotive air conditioner; and

—— Part 4: Regenerative braking system.

Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the parts of this document may be the subject of patent rights. The issuing body of this document shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.

This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee of Auto Standardization (SAC/TC 114).


Introduction

Accelerating the development of energy saving vehicles is an important measure to alleviate the contradiction between fuel supply and demand, improve the quality of atmospheric environment and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's automobile industry. To achieve the average fuel consumption targets for passenger cars put forward in Plan for the Medium- and Long-term Development of the Automobile Industry, GB 27999 Fuel consumption evaluation methods and targets for passenger cars has been issued and implemented in China. Based on the principle of encouraging advanced and quantifiable evaluation, the off-cycle technology/device energy saving effects evaluation methods for passenger cars have been formulated to encourage the development and application of advanced automobile energy-saving technologies and provide supporting implementation detail rules for GB 27999.

GB/T 40711 has been compiled to be a standard consisting of several parts, for there are different evaluation methods of energy-saving effects due to the differences in technical principles, energy saving effects and application degrees of different off-cycle technologies/devices. Combined with the needs of industry management and technical application characteristics, the energy-saving effect evaluation methods of the technologies/devices of gear shift indicator, idle start-stop system, automobile air conditioner and regenerative braking system have been formulated first. More off-cycle technologies/devices may be formulated as parts of GB/T 40711 in the future. The first four parts of GB/T 40711 Off-cycle technology/device energy saving effects evaluation methods for passenger cars are as follow:

—— Part 1: Gear shift indicator, formulated to determine the off-cycle energy saving effects evaluation method of gear shift indicator for passenger cars.

—— Part 2: Idle start-stop system, formulated to determine the off-cycle energy saving effects evaluation method of idle start-stop system for passenger cars.

—— Part 3: Automotive air conditioner, formulated to determine the off-cycle energy saving effects evaluation method of automotive air conditioner for passenger cars.

—— Part 4: Regenerative braking system, formulated to determine the off-cycle energy saving effects evaluation method of regenerative braking system for passenger cars.

The energy saving effects evaluation method of each technology/device is a part of GB/T 40711, which complements each other and constitutes together as the off-cycle technology/device standard system in China. In the future, this off-cycle technology/device standard system will be further adjusted and improved with the industrial development to promote the energy-saving technologies in the industry.


Off-cycle technology/device energy saving effects evaluation methods for passenger cars - Part 1: Gear shift indicator

1 ?Scope

This document specifies the off-cycle energy saving effects evaluation method of gear shift indicator for passenger cars.

This document is applicable to the vehicles of category M1 with the maximum design total mass up to 3,500 kg.

This document is applicable to vehicles driven by gasoline or diesel oil and not applicable to hybrid electric vehicles.

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB 27999 and the following apply.

a device for instantly and intuitively alerting the driver to adjust the driving operation (gear shift and/or acceleration and deceleration) to reduce the fuel consumption during actual driving

gear shift indicator; GSI
an eco-driving indicator device (3.1) installed on a manual transmission vehicle, which can instantly and intuitively alert the driver to adjust the gear
