(可把lost看作形容詞，表述主語所處的狀態(tài))

百度：一般過去時態(tài)強調(diào)事情發(fā)生在過去，而現(xiàn)在完成時表示這件事對現(xiàn)在有影響，過去完成時強調(diào)過去的過去。

方法：先從最簡單的主謂賓開始：
