英語八下 U1 教學(xué)亮點分享

大家好。在上周五,我們結(jié)束了U1。不知道大家的進(jìn)度到哪里了呢?
今天和大家分享一下我在U1聽課和上課過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些亮點。
U1大閱讀?
先和大家分享在U1大閱讀的亮點。

1. 在title方面,我們可以分析still這個詞。從這個詞我們可以分析Aron is brave and love climbing.
2. 從大閱讀的picture,我們也可以看出——1)the mountains are very dangerous; 2)Aron is very brave and experienced
3. 之后我們可以讓學(xué)生略讀整篇文章。然后梳理出來整篇文章的main idea。這里需要讓Ss明白一個點—— title is from the main idea,but different from the main idea.

4. 在文章詳講的時候,可以讓Ss畫出a story mountain(如果學(xué)生畫不出,可以讓他們畫思維導(dǎo)圖,最后老師來梳理出the story mountain)
通過the story mountain,幫學(xué)生梳理一些細(xì)節(jié)問題。一步一步的引出中心思想。
從His arm was caught.進(jìn)行提問:
?1)Is it a small problem?-- … so we call it accident.
?2)His arm was caught by the rock, could he move the rock away?
?3)He didn’t cut off his arm at once, why? He stayed there for 5 days, why? –waiting for others’ help.
?4)Why did he decide to cut off his hand later? –引出下一個重要的點 water ran out.(Without water, people will die soon. So it’s very dangerous. In this situation, he had to make a decision.)
?5)Aron cut off his arm. What do you think of Aron? 同學(xué)們會提到很多點,比如brave,wise, calm…這個時候盡可能的讓學(xué)生去發(fā)散思維。
??????? 同時,在這一步可以提到——this is the climax of the story。
??????? 再聯(lián)系標(biāo)題分析,he lost his arm – the accident;but is still climbing – after the accident。
?6)He wrote a book called Between a Rock and a Hard Place. What’s the meaning of this name?-學(xué)生肯定會讀書中的“This meaning …”這時就提出在這篇文章中a rock means cut off his arm,a hard place means die. 從而引出兩害相權(quán)取其輕(Think which is less harmful and make a better decision no matter how hard it will be)。
? ?之后再給學(xué)生幾個生活中可能會遇見的場景,讓學(xué)生來做出選擇。(e.g. 選chess club-1.好朋友會理解的 2.可以在這里交新朋友 3.邀請好朋友也來chess club,培養(yǎng)共同的興趣愛好)


7)Do we have the same spirit as Aron?What does the spirit refers to?這是一個有深度的問題。也是全文的中心。這里學(xué)生們很容易出錯,可能會答到brave之類的。我們要從后面一句‘Let’s think about it before we find ourselves …’來分析。從before一詞入手,告訴學(xué)生,我們在遇到兩難問題之前要思考,如何去做出選擇。這才是全文想要告訴我們的spirit。
U1其他亮點分享?

1.???? 關(guān)于lie這個詞的兩個變形的順口溜:
1)規(guī)則的撒謊,不規(guī)則的躺;
2)躺 – 累(lay);撒謊成性 – 一直,有規(guī)律,規(guī)則變化(lied)。
2. 將SA1a-2d和SB1a-1d一起上。串詞就可以是:We have talked about the healthy problems we usually see in our daily life. Actually, some accidents are also happens in our life.
3. ?用mind-map 串聯(lián)大小閱讀。先從小閱讀入手讓學(xué)生設(shè)計自己的mind-map,到大閱讀的時候產(chǎn)出“故事山”就水到渠成了。分享兩個mind maps:
