1、磷脂-聚乙二醇-硅烷DSPE-PEG-Silane，是一種表面活性磷脂PEG衍生物，可用于修飾玻璃、二氧化硅顆粒和許多其他材料表面。DSPE（1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺）是一種具有高疏水性的18碳飽和磷脂。PEG連接劑橋接DSPE和硅烷基團(tuán)提供更好的親水性、靈活的連接劑結(jié)構(gòu)和增強(qiáng)的反應(yīng)性。該分子上的硅烷基團(tuán)對(duì)玻璃、二氧化硅和許多其他材料具有高度反應(yīng)性。烷氧基硅烷和表面羥基之間的反應(yīng)允許磷脂PEG共價(jià)連接到這些改性材料表面。PEG修飾材料表面的非特異性結(jié)合明顯降低。

Phospholipids (- DSPE) conjugate polyethylene glycol (peg) is a phospholipids and polyethylene glycol (peg) combined with hydrophilic and hydrophobic. PEG modification can improve the solubility and stability, reduce the immunogenicity of protein and peptide. It can also inhibit non-specific combination of charged molecules on the surface modification.
