5-羧基熒光素二乙酸酯??(5-CFDA,5-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate)是一種可滲入細胞并被水解為5-carboxyfluorescein,用于標記人椎間盤細胞以便體外熒光顯微鏡觀察。熒光 :λex 290± 3 nm in methanol; λex 492± 3 nm, λem 520 ± 4 nm in Buffer pH 9。

5-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate is a vital stain. Non-fluorescent, hydrophobic agent that permeates intact cell membranes. In the cell, 5-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate is enzymatically hydrolyzed to a hydrophilic agent, strongly fluorescent 5-Carboxyfluorescein.
