It shows a pretty good control of telling a story. There are many visual details too. The facial expression and smooth animation are so good that it doesn't seem to be a work from Haoliners.

On the 15th day of the first month of the lunar calendar, the heaven officials will come down to the Mortal Realm and give heavenly blessings. This is the Lantern Festival, a Chinese traditional festival. On that day, people will post couplets. Heaven Official's Emperor holds a horizontal scroll of calligraphy - "Wish you all the heavenly blessings" in his hand.There are flowers and the word "Blessing（福）" at his back. There are auspicious clouds and five bats above his head and under his feet. Plus the longevity peaches at the foot symbolize "Wish you have longevity with more Happiness and blessings."?
