Balancing Changes - Overhaul to ballistic performance. Damage, muzzle velocity, and range are now functions of barrel length. - Every weapon now has inherent spread that comes into play at extended ranges. Certain weapons are more precise than others. - Barrels are now classified by profile, length, and the presence of threads to mount muzzle devices. - New weapon classes: assault rifles, carbines, battle rifles, and designated marksman rifles (DMRs). - The OTs-03A has been reclassed and rebalanced as a DMR. - Numerous balancing changes to item prices, compatibility, and statistics. - Grammatical/formatting updates to item descriptions. - Flash hiders now function as intended.
