環(huán)二肽Cyclo(-Tyr-Arg)，環(huán)二肽(cyclodipetides)是由兩分子氨基酸通過首尾相連而形成的一類結構穩(wěn)定、生物活性多樣的化合物；環(huán)二肽含有一個2，5-二酮哌嗪(2，-diketopiperazines)六元環(huán)結構。由兩個氨基酸組成的肽就是二肽，這種叫環(huán)狀二肽。至于位阻，每個alpha-碳上連接一個羧基和一個氨基，兩個氨基酸恰好可以形成六元環(huán)。

Cyclodipeptides (Cyr Arg) are a class of structurally stable and biologically active compounds formed by the end-to-end connection of two amino acids; Cyclodipeptides contain a 2,5-diketopiperazine (2, - diketopiperazines) six membered ring structure.
