2022年6月5日是世界環(huán)境日（World Environment Day），今年的主題為“只有一個地球”（Only One Earth），面臨氣候變化、生物多樣性喪失以及環(huán)境污染等危機持續(xù)威脅著我們的地球，我們有必要通過我們的設計策略與運營，推動踐行可持續(xù)性發(fā)展，塑造更加清潔、綠色的未來，保護我們唯一共同的家園“地球”。

The theme of 2022 World Environment Day on June 5th is "Only One Earth". As crises such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and environmental pollution continue to threaten our planet, it is imperative that through our design strategies and operations, we will promote sustainable development, shape a cleaner and greener future, and protect our only common home, the Earth.

作為建筑環(huán)境的設計者，我們將遵循和落實《巴黎協(xié)定》，為達成“將全球平均氣溫上升幅度控制在2 ?C以內(nèi)，并努力將溫升幅度控制在1.5 ?C以內(nèi)”的目標貢獻一份力量。充分發(fā)揮自身的設計能力優(yōu)勢，大幅減少碳排放量，使碳排放曲線趨于平緩。

Our goal as designers of the built environment should be to contribute towards the Paris Agreement by “l(fā)imiting warming to well below 2 ?C, and pursue efforts to limit it to 1.5 ?C.” We will apply our design skills to help flatten the emissions curve by achieving a substantial reduction in carbon emissions in line.

目標設定 / GOAL SETTING

根據(jù)美國建筑師協(xié)會（AIA）的《2030承諾》，我們提交的項目在2020年能源使用強度（EUI）上相較基準改善了46%。2021年，我們制定了如下目標，以確保在2030年之前實現(xiàn)項目運營的氣候正效益。

The Energy Use Intensity (EUI) of our reported projects to the AIA 2030 commitment in 2020 was 46% better than the baseline. In 2021 we set the internal goals below to achieve climate positive performance in our projects by 2030. In 2021 our project performance was 48.3% better than baseline, achieving the goal set for 2021.

諾基亞位于達拉斯的新總部在設計上充分考慮了靈活性。本項目集生活、工作、娛樂功能為一體，回應了當今企業(yè)終端用戶面臨的兩大新挑戰(zhàn)：全球化和技術創(chuàng)新對員工工作方式的影響。

Nokia’s Dallas-based headquarters was designed with flexibility in mind. The project, a live, work, play development—addresses two of the latest challenges facing today’s corporate end-users: the combined effect of globalization and technological innovation on employee work styles.

本項目獲得了全球企業(yè)不動產(chǎn)協(xié)會（CoreNet Global）北德克薩斯分會“5萬平方英尺以上工作場所室內(nèi)設計大獎”，彰顯了公司以人為本的設計理念。

The project was awarded the CoreNet Global North Texas award for Workplace Strategy Interiors over 50,000 SF. This award signifies the dedication to people-centric design.

Petco旗艦店 / Petco Flagship

我們專注于空間、品牌和服務設計，力求打造卓越的體驗。過去，人們通常認為體驗的感受僅取決于建筑環(huán)境的好壞，而如今，我們意識到人與品牌之間的聯(lián)系需要建立多條渠道。要在現(xiàn)實世界打造卓越體驗，需要所有渠道的無縫協(xié)作。該項目提供了門店、數(shù)字和服務接觸點的開發(fā)藍圖。

We design places, brands and services to deliver outstanding experiences. We used to think of experiences being driven by the built environment alone, but now, people and brands connect across many channels at once. To make the experience work in the real world, all channels must work together seamlessly. The matrix provided a roadmap for development of store, digital andservice touchpoints.

聚焦“Planet”的項目主要體現(xiàn)在我們采用多種策略，減輕對環(huán)境的影響，并推動生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的恢復和再生。

‘Planet’ focused projects highlight many of the strategies we employ to reduce environmental impact and move toward restorative and regenerative systems.

如何在一個生態(tài)敏感的溪流走廊，讓自然系統(tǒng)成為綜合體項目開發(fā)的主導？北山東部項目總體規(guī)劃和景觀解決方案順應了溪流走廊緩沖帶，充分保護鄰近的生態(tài)環(huán)境。從建筑定位、場地布局、規(guī)劃和材料選擇等多個角度出發(fā)，有效地利用了溪流走廊的生態(tài)資源。

How can natural systems guide the development of a mixed-use program on a site surrounding an ecologically sensitive creek corridor? The proposed site master planand landscape solution for North Hills East respects the creek corridor buffer and fully embraces the ecological adjacency. The architecture orientation, site layout, programming, and material selections aim to harness the full biophilic capital of the creek corridor and recognize nature as an asset worthy of taking center stage.

擴大初級醫(yī)療準入，改善社區(qū)健康

Access to Primary Care Improves Community Health

2015年，CRTKL通過為一家38,000平方英尺的零售商店提供醫(yī)療規(guī)劃、室內(nèi)設計和建筑服務，將其改建為一家初級醫(yī)療門診中心。項目團隊成功將傳統(tǒng)零售布局打造成了功能齊全的醫(yī)療保健設施。我們認為，在社區(qū)增加初級醫(yī)療設施，將有助于提高社區(qū)的總體健康水平。

In 2015, CRTKL provided medical planning, interior design and architectural services to reprogram a former 38,000-SF retail store into a Primary Care Outpatient Center. The team converted the traditional retail layout into a fully functional healthcare setting. We believe the addition of a primary care facility in the community, where it is more accessible to people where they shop and eat, does help to increase overall population health.

全天候開放的綜合體改建項目助力當?shù)厣鐓^(qū)建設

24/7 Mixed-Use Redevelopment Helps Enhance Local Neighborhoods

洛杉磯LIVE擁有4萬平方英尺的步行廣場，為該市的發(fā)展注入了新的活力，增加了政府的財政收入，為重振市中心經(jīng)濟做出了貢獻。在眾多在建或待建開發(fā)項目的加持下，當?shù)厍嗄耆瞬藕蛣?chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)也將促進該市的繁榮發(fā)展。

With a 40,000-SF pedestrian-friendly public plaza, L.A. LIVE has successfully injected new energy and tax revenues that have helped revitalize the downtown area. With numerous development projects under construction or in the pipeline, young, talented residents and innovative industries will continue to keep downtown thriving.

上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬仁濟醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學中心 / CENTRE FOR REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE RENJI HOSPITAL SHANGHAI JIAOTONG UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE

設計使用生動流暢的流線賦予醫(yī)療場所寧靜、明亮、安心、自然的舒適環(huán)境。隨處可見的有機形狀結合診室功能需求，還原空間內(nèi)最優(yōu)越的景觀和采光給診療者。與診療者動線分流，提供醫(yī)護人員最私密休息空間，使各類人群在醫(yī)療空間中能更便捷、高效的求醫(yī)和開展工作。

The circulation of design creates a quiet, bright, secure and comfortable atmosphere for the whole medical space. The organic elements, incorporated with functional requirements of clinics, revitalizes most light and reconstruct visual landscape to interior space for patients. The layout of medical and nursing staff intends to create private restrooms significantly, which improve the efficiency of medical treatment and work.

該項目已獲得美國綠色建筑WELL金認證。依據(jù)WELL人居標準，利用高效HEPA過濾器進行空氣凈化，IOT智能化六維度，AI智能訪客管理系統(tǒng)，在后疫情時代去實踐“邁向更為健康的城市永遠是進行時”的理念。

The project has been awarded the WELL Gold certification. According to the principles of WELL’s people living criteria, the utilization of HEPA filter for air purification, IOT intelligent six dimensions and AI intelligent management system has been quite essential to create a sustainable city since Coronavirus epidemic.

GIVING BACK & SHOWING UP

CRTKL員工積極在各類組織中擔任志愿者，參與各種社區(qū)活動、公益設計項目，并持續(xù)參與多個辦公室的導師計劃，以加深我們與當?shù)厣鐓^(qū)的聯(lián)系。

CRTKL employees volunteer with a wide array of organization types, and participate in a medley of community based activities, pro-bono design work, and ongoing participation in mentor programs across different offices to connect with our local communities.

上海新天地區(qū)域城市更新規(guī)劃設計 / Shanghai Xintiandi Area Regeneration and Design

新天地作為中共一大會址所在地，是上海的名片與窗口；而周邊小區(qū)、部分道路沿線環(huán)境還有較大改善空間。為全面提升新天地整體環(huán)境及協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，CRTKL建議對新天地周邊，特別是馬當路以西區(qū)域的歷史風貌小區(qū)進行環(huán)境提升及道路沿線美化、亮化等整體規(guī)劃設計，通過階段性改造實現(xiàn)整體升級，使其更加和諧地融入新天地。

Xintiandi, as the site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, is the name card and brand of Shanghai. However, there is still much potential to improve the environment of the surrounding areas and some roads. To improve the overall environment of Xintiandi and its overall development, CRTKL proposed to improve the environment of the surrounding areas, especially the historical neighborhoods west of Madang Road. Including the overall planning and design of the beautification and lighting along the roads, so that they can be upgraded more harmoniously and integrated into Xintiandi through phased renovation.

Vision: To create a more livable and sustainable model community in Xintiandi, and a more culturally attractive residential area in Shanghai.

2021年鋁罐堆砌大賽（CANstruction） / CANstruction 2021

鋁罐堆砌大賽由設計管理協(xié)會（SDA）創(chuàng)立，在世界各地舉辦賽事活動，參賽者用不易腐爛的罐頭食品搭建令人驚嘆的巨型結構。展覽期間，公眾受邀捐贈不易腐爛的食品。展覽結束后，用于搭建的和公眾捐贈的所有食品都將捐贈給當?shù)厥称枫y行。

Canstruction was founded by the Society for Design Administration (SDA). Canstruction hosts competitions and events worldwide, creating awe-inspiring, gigantic structures made entirely out of non-perishable food. The public is invited to donate non- perishable food items during the exhibition. At the close of an exhibition, all food from the structures and public donations are donated to local food banks.
