why is it difficult for some people to relax ?

as far as I am concerned , there are usually two major reasons to explain?how come?it is difficult for some ones to relax , for real .

1st?they are having a hard time figuring out?the right way for themselves to unwind , which may sound a little bit hard to believe , however not every one has the same interest as others and how they can feel relaxed differs from one another , for example ,....

2nd?as for some ones , the?real life stress?faced by them is way too high?which leaves them little time to relax or have fun , especially a?middle aged?man who has a family to feed , he usually feels like sparing time to rest however he has endless job duties to fulfill , for instance ,....

what are the benefits of doing exercise ?

?

as far as I can tell , there are usually two main benefits that can be gained out of exercise , for real .

1st?getting physically fit is definitely something beneficial , as we all know?exercise or sport always has a way to make doers stronger , in the meantime exercise builds a healthy state of mind?for those who do it , for example ,....

2nd?doing exercise also creates an opportunity to befriend others and expand social circles?, when it comes to team exercise such as badminton or table tennis , people will be able to?know more about each other in the process , for instance ,.....

well this is a very good topic that reminds me of my cousin’s wedding , which was an important event however I was late for it .

when it happened can be traced years ago , at that time I was in an another city for a mathematical model building competition however?all of sudden?I received a surprise message that my cousin was to get married and hold a wedding banquet back in my home city .

what happened was auspicious yet a little bit embarrassing , it was a ceremony of marriage set for my cousin who was to start off a brand new chapter of life , however I was elsewhere hundreds of miles away from?where they were , which really gave me?a hard time getting back in time .

the reason why I was late for the wedding had to do with?a vacation , it was a national day and nearly everybody in China had seven days’?free time and they were excited to hit the road?and travel around , therefore the traffic was really a mess which jammed me .

speaking of how I felt about this experience , you know what

firstly ,

I felt anxious and worried on the way when I was heading back for the wedding , back then and there?there was an endless line of vehicles ahead of me which made me unsure what time I could arrive at?the dinner party , it almost burned me up?deep down inside , for example ,....

secondly ,

I felt fortunate for myself since I got to the venue eventually , even though I was late for ten minutes or so I didn't miss out the highlight , especially when I met with?my cousin and extended my best regards , she actually forgave my being late and gave me a warm welcome , for instance ,.....
