本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了用于建筑物隔熱的膨脹軟木的工廠生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的要求。

木纖維(WF) CE認(rèn)證?–EN 13171 CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證）－簡介

?

在歐盟市場“CE”標(biāo)志屬強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在木纖維(WF)上加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13171）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了工廠生產(chǎn)的木纖維(WF)產(chǎn)品的要求，用于建筑物的隔熱，有或沒有表面或涂層。

這些產(chǎn)品以卷、棉絮、毛氈、板或板材的形式生產(chǎn)。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)覆蓋的產(chǎn)品也用于預(yù)制隔熱系統(tǒng)和復(fù)合材料板;

This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made wood fibre (WF) products, with or without facings or coatings, which are used for the thermal insulation of buildings1). The products are manufactured in the form of rolls, batts, felts, boards or slabs.Products covered by this standard are also used in prefabricated thermal insulation systems and composite panels;

木纖維(WF) CE認(rèn)證?–EN 13171 CE認(rèn)證－認(rèn)證流程：

?

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，木纖維(WF)需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，木纖維(WF)需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13171

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13171進(jìn)行測試評估.

5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測試報告和證書

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
