魚人Fish people是有觸手的兩棲動物的古老文明，是自古以來就睡在地球海洋下面的古神Elder God的仆從。他們居住在一個水下城市，名字人類無法發(fā)音。

魚人Fish people于1887年開始出現(xiàn)，激活了休眠的霸天虎Decepticons，如海怪組\海洋戰(zhàn)士Seacons(G1)，并將其置于古神Elder God的控制之下。

一年后，數(shù)千人出現(xiàn)在人類城鎮(zhèn)新斯科舍Port Cenotaph，將居民變成主人的仆人。
