圖1：使用RmesFect Stem轉(zhuǎn)染了幾個(gè)干細(xì)胞。復(fù)合物的制備方法如下：將編碼GFP蛋白的mRNA與RmesFect Stem轉(zhuǎn)染試劑（hMSC為0：25，MEF和hAdSC為0：5）混合編碼GFP蛋白（人hMSC為2.1 μg，MEF和hAdSC為4.1 μg）。在室溫下孵育20分鐘后，將復(fù)合物以滴加方式添加到細(xì)胞中。24 h后，通過(guò)FACS分析測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)染效率。
