2021年9月27日，由中國(guó)國(guó)家航天局與俄羅斯國(guó)家航天集團(tuán)公司聯(lián)合主辦的國(guó)際月球科研站閉門(mén)研討會(huì)在珠海舉行。來(lái)自法國(guó)、意大利、荷蘭、德國(guó)、馬來(lái)西亞、泰國(guó)以及聯(lián)合國(guó)外空司、歐空局、亞太空間合作組織的專家圍繞國(guó)際月球科研站宣言進(jìn)行專題研討，部分國(guó)家駐華使節(jié)也應(yīng)邀出席。

On September 27th, 2021, a closed-door workshop on the International Lunar Research Station was held in Zhuhai, jointly hosted by the China National Space Administration and the State Space Corporation “Roscosmos”. Experts from France, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, as well as the United Nations Offiece for Outer Space Affairs, European Space Agency (ESA), and Asia-Paciffic Space Cooperation Organizations (APSCO) conducted a seminar on the Declaration of the International Lunar Research Station, and some ambassadors from China were also invited to attend.

2021年3月，中俄簽署《中華人民共和國(guó)政府和俄羅斯聯(lián)邦政府關(guān)于合作建設(shè)國(guó)際月球科研站的諒解備忘錄》。目前中俄共同起草的國(guó)際月球科研站宣言，闡明了國(guó)際月球科研站建設(shè)的一般原則、加入方式及活動(dòng)指南。國(guó)際月球科研站宣言的國(guó)際磋商，是國(guó)際社會(huì)的共同期待，也是中俄穩(wěn)步推動(dòng)國(guó)際月球科研站合作進(jìn)程的重要組成部分。

In March 2021, China and Russia signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Russian Federation Regarding Cooperation For the Construction of the International Lunar Research Station. The Declaration on the International Lunar Research Station, which is currently drafted jointly by Russia and China, clarifies the General Principles, Ways of Participation and Guidelines for Activities of the International Lunar Research Station. The international consultation of the Declaration on the International Lunar Research Station is a common expectation of the international community and an important part of the process of steady China-Russian cooperation on the International Lunar Research Station.

國(guó)際月球科研站宣言將作為后續(xù)合作的重要文件，擬于2021年10月在阿聯(lián)酋迪拜舉行的第72屆國(guó)際宇航大會(huì)上向國(guó)際社會(huì)介紹，并進(jìn)一步廣泛聽(tīng)取國(guó)際社會(huì)意見(jiàn)和建議。

Declaration on the International Lunar Research Station will serve as an important document for follow-up cooperation, which is to be presented to the world at the 72nd International Astronautical Congress in Dubai, UAE, in October 2021. And further comments and suggestions from the international community will be welcomed.
