Here I will teach you how to make a healthy, tasty, and versatile dish: stir-fried pasta.

Ingredients
- Water
- Cooking oil
- Pasta of any form (I prefer farfalle, fusilli, and conchiglioni)
- Selecting any three of the following culinary vegetables: onion, tomato, carrots, celery, potatoes, eggplant
- Sauces: black pepper sauce, soy sauce
- Other possible ingredients: chopped garlic, egg, white botton mushrooms, ham, meatball, ground beef, tomato sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce

- 其他可選擇用的配料:蒜蓉,雞蛋、白蘑菇、火腿、肉丸、牛肉碎、意大利番茄醬 pasta sauce、番茄醬 ketchup、麻油、辣椒醬

Step 1:Chop ingredients
Wash and peel all vegetables. Then chop each vegetable into diced cubes. I demonstrate with celery, carrots, and onions. For mushrooms and meat, cut into slices. You do not have to cut minced meats.
步驟一:切菜
洗干凈、去皮所有蔬菜。然后把每種蔬菜切成丁。我用芹菜、胡蘿卜和洋蔥示范。蘑菇和肉要切成片。肉碎不用切。

Step 2: Cooking pasta
Fill a cooking pot with water to roughly 1/3 the height. Heat the water at high fire. Pour pasta until it reaches the brim of the water. Let the water boil and cook for 1 minute. Then remove the pot from the stove and let the pasta "bathe“ in the hot water until it naturally softens to "al dente". Later remove the pasta from the pot with a large perforated metal spoon to separate the pasta from the water. Put the pasta in a large bowl. Do this when stir-frying the other ingredients.
步驟二:煮意大利面
在鍋里裝水(大約是鍋高度的1/3)。把水煮滾,然后倒入意大利面到水面(煮1分鐘)。然后將鍋從爐子上移開,讓面在熱水中浸泡大約 5-8 分鐘,直到面食自然軟化。在炒其他配料時,用一個有孔的大鐵勺取出意大利面,放在大碗。
Step 3: Stir-frying
Heat the frying pan at high fire and add cooking oil. You should pan-fry the aromatic ingredients first (chopped garlic and onions). Then add the other ingredients. Any eggs should be scrambled. Season the ingredients with black pepper sauce and soy sauce. Do not put too much sauce!
步驟三:炒菜
用大火加熱平底鍋,加入食用油。先用鍋把香料(比如蒜蓉、洋蔥)煎一下。然后加入其他料(菜、蘑菇、雞蛋、肉)。雞蛋要打散炒。放黑胡椒醬和醬油調(diào)味。不要放太多醬汁!

Step 4: Put pasta with sauce
Put the pasta and season it with sauce. Here I use mushroom flavoured pasta sauce. If you do not want pasta sauce, you can use soy sauce. Mix the pasta with the sauce evenly.
步驟四:放意大利面和醬汁
把意大利面放進平底鍋,用醬汁調(diào)味。這里我用意大利蘑菇番茄醬。如果你不想用面醬,你可以用醬油。把意大利面和醬汁攪拌均勻。

Step 5: Stir-fry?the pasta
Stir-fry the pasta with the other ingredients. You can stir fry to varying degrees of wetness and dryness.
步驟五:炒干意大利面
和其他材料炒意大利面。你可以炒到不同濕度、干度。

Step 6: Adding additional ingredients
Serve the pasta in a bowl or on a plate. The aroma and taste should be a harmony of umami, sweet, and salty. Add sesame oil or chili sauce to enhance the flavour.
步驟六:加其他配料
把意大利面放在碗里或盤子里。味道應該是鮮味、甜味和咸味的和諧(口味不重)??梢苑乓稽c麻油或辣椒醬調(diào)味。
