1.百螢 花青素Cy5鉀鹽概述

? ? ?花青素Cy5鉀鹽是Cy系列染料,各種花青5(Cy5?)染料已用于標記生物分子,用于熒光成像和其他基于熒光的生化分析。它們廣泛用于標記肽,蛋白質(zhì)和寡核苷酸等.Cy5?染料是常見的紅色熒光團中的一種。這些多功能熒光團可以耐受3-10的pH范圍,用于生物相關(guān)pH的各種應用。該染料還具有DMSO耐受性和光穩(wěn)定性,能夠在不損失性能的情況下從儲存轉(zhuǎn)移至分析。水溶性在測定緩沖液中對有機溶劑的需要。我們的Cy5?Fluor經(jīng)過QC測試,可確保高水平的發(fā)色團和活性染料含量。單活性染料適用于蛋白質(zhì)和寡核苷酸的靶向,標記,雙活性染料更適合于一般標記。建議使用NHS酯染料標記胺基,建議使用馬來酰亞胺染料標記硫醇基團。
