For our six-figure project, it's important for the vendors to set the "style tone" before the shoot, just like...
If the client wants Wong Kar-wai, you wouldn't present it as Wes Anderson.
If the client wants Balenciaga, you wouldn't suggest it as Dior.
If the client wants a secluded mountain villa, you wouldn't pitch a bustling city storefront.
If the client wants a sound similar to Nicki Minaj, you wouldn't come up with a song resembling Qing Feng's "Girl on the Cliff."
?
But in the current post-production stage of this project, the issue arises where the client overturns the original style direction and switches to a different aesthetic.
After I expressed my concerns to my small team, we immediately entered the modification process...
"Being able to flawlessly fix it, that's what true strength is all about!"
Moreover, the client was initially quite satisfied with the original version and took responsibility for the "style shift," without blaming us for the issue. It's very reasonable!
Of course, we won't waste time on idle talk! Let's just make the necessary changes!
?
PS: And of course, this project brings both fame and fortune. I would even laugh in my dreams because of such a successful project. That's why I have this much tolerance.
