在整個(gè)打官司的過(guò)程中,周興和與金橙公司法人代表陳顯翔,在茶館里有過(guò)兩次頗具紳士風(fēng)度、而又心照不宣的對(duì)弈。

哈,后來(lái)的事實(shí)證明,周興和這回還真是當(dāng)了一回巫師,他對(duì)陳顯翔所說(shuō)的話,果然句句都成了讖言!就在他們?cè)诓桊^談話的這一年,金橙公司更掀起了擴(kuò)張浪潮。但這浪潮表面看來(lái)是洶涌澎湃,實(shí)際已是暗流涌動(dòng)泛濫成災(zāi)。最要命的是,由于他們的產(chǎn)品沒(méi)有核心技術(shù),生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品接二連三出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,造成旗下不少分公司官司纏身,不但產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)不出去,而且債臺(tái)高筑。隨著法院的判決,不少分公司繼而紛紛倒閉。其中最典型的是山東日照分公司,他們吞下苦果,哭訴無(wú)門(mén)后,竟主動(dòng)到成都找到星河公司,愿意給他們提供證據(jù),協(xié)助起訴金橙總公司!

金橙公司這座宮殿,雖說(shuō)看起來(lái)金碧輝煌,遺憾的是它的基礎(chǔ)建筑在了沙灘上。隨著時(shí)間推移,他們扯皮官司越來(lái)越多,為打官司幾乎耗盡了他們的物力財(cái)力。加上這些官司理不直氣不壯,難免又要加倍付出人情費(fèi)和律師費(fèi)來(lái)進(jìn)行“勾兌”。但官司打到最后,幾乎都以金橙公司敗訴告終。墻倒眾人推,樹(shù)倒猢猻散,這又應(yīng)驗(yàn)了周興和所說(shuō)的那樣,過(guò)去那些吃他們用他們、拍著胸脯支持他們的“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”們,這時(shí)也不講義氣了,像甩一塊抹桌布一樣,輕易就把他們拋棄了!如此一來(lái),金橙公司路越走越窄,生存空間是越來(lái)越艱難。
