A tendency to attribute one's own actions to external causes while attributing other people's behaviors to internal causes.

我們更容易將他人的行為歸因于內(nèi)部原因，而將我們自己的行為歸因于外部原因。

例子

當(dāng)所有人都在加班而你的同事不加班的時(shí)候，你可能會(huì)覺得Ta沒團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

但是如果換位是你的話，你可能會(huì)覺得自己的確是有更重要的事情在身。
