Below are the tips for selected levels.

LEVEL 1 | PERK GRIND

Best perk: Bass Blast Perk - however, note that airborne zombies (e.g. Sagull Zombie, Disco Jetpack Zombie) are immune to this perk!

Spikeweeds and Spikerocks are banned, but you still can use Spear-mint to handle Hamster Brawl!

Hurrikale is banned, so Hurrikale + Squash / Lava Guava strategy is not applicable.

Blover is very efficient in this level.

- Blover + Explode-o-Vine: Knock zombies in AOE off the lawn.

- Blover can blow off all airborne zombies on the lawn.

One recommended strategy: Create Spikerocks using Spear-mint, keep the Disco-tron 3000 and let him summon a huge number of Disco Jetpack Zombie, then apply Blover + Explode-o-Vine to sweep large amount of zombies off the lawn.

LEVEL 2 | Last Stand

Very difficult to complete both Bonus Objectives for low-level plants - limited sun, cannot lose plants (no instant-kill plants is a real challenge!)

Top priority: Protect Headbutter Lettuce - Losing any Headbutter Lettuce fails both Bonus Objectives right away!

Penny Shield Perk: Use Pumpkin + Penny Shield Perk to protect Headbutter Lettuce.

Bass Blast Perk can potentially push zombies to the right and eat Headbutter Lettuce.

Sun Bank Perk is only good if you have sure-winning high sun-cost setup without losing plants.

A variety of zombies enter the lawn through portal.

Draftodil + Stickybomb Rice strategy does not work at Lvl 1 because they do not deal enough damage to the zombies entering through portal.

Hocus Crocus can help teleport any zombies entering through portal to the right.

LEVEL 3 | Arena

Impossible to reach 4.5M score with all Lvl 1 plants, since there is no Score Boost Perk in this event.

There is no zombie carrying plant food in this level.

LEVEL 4 | Conveyor | PERK GRIND

Best perk: Bass Blast Perk

RNG-based: Outcome can be a little unstable for low-level plants.

Placing E.M.Peach and Tile Turnip on the lawn are counted as losing plants!

Use E.M.Peach only when necessary.

LEVEL 5 | Beghouled Blitz

Best perk: Bass Blast Perk

Recommended upgrade path:

- Pepper-pult - Melon-pult

- Sun-shroom - Moonflower

- Nightshade - Shadow Peashooter (be careful as Shadow Peashooter tend to swallow zombies then disappear)

Complete 100 matching as fast as possible, this level is stable, no crash issue.

ZOMBOSS | Zombot Dark Dragon - Dark Ages (with ZCorpion + ZCorp Consultant, Extra Hot)

Zombie level: Lvl 1 / 4 / 7

Zomboss health bar: 5 / 7 / 9

Seed slot: 7 / 6 / 5

Locked plant: Goo Peashooter

Best perk: Bass Blast Perk

Recommended to have rapid firing plants (or Spikeweed/Spikerock) on the lawn to handle chickens, Zomboss can summon a lot of chickens (and sometimes it's only chickens!)

Leave either one minecart empty to plant a Power Mint (or Blover) to block the Zomboss from destroying 2 lanes of plants.

OVERALL:

The best perk in this event is Bass Blast Perk, which is suitable for Level 1, 3, 4, 5 and Zomboss levels.

There are "No lose x plants" objectives in 3 out of 5 levels, therefore, Squish Squash Perk is somewhat useful in this event.
