活塞式氣動馬達(dá)的工作原理
主要由:馬達(dá)殼體、連桿、曲軸、活塞、氣缸、配氣閥等組成。壓縮空氣進(jìn)入配氣閥芯使其轉(zhuǎn)動,同時借配氣閥芯轉(zhuǎn)動,將壓縮空氣依次分別送入周圍各氣缸中,由于氣缸內(nèi)壓縮空氣的膨脹,從而推動活塞連桿和曲軸轉(zhuǎn)動,當(dāng)活塞被推至“下死點”時,配氣閥芯同進(jìn)也轉(zhuǎn)至第一排氣位置。經(jīng)膨脹后的氣體即自行從氣缸經(jīng)過閥的排氣孔道直接排出。同時活塞缸內(nèi)的剩余氣體全部自配氣閥芯分配閥的排氣孔道排出,經(jīng)過這樣往復(fù)循環(huán)作用,就能使曲軸不斷旋轉(zhuǎn)。其功主要來自于氣體膨脹功。
