If you have many small goals and a few big goals, just focus on the small goals. If you accomplish the small goals, the big goals become easier. So concentrate on the little things, get the little things done first and the then big things will come slowly but surely.

Just like English, take each lesson at a time, one step at a time, easy, intermediate, advanced, expert, don't worry just try. One step at a time, and if you keep practicing eventually it will get easy, it will get much more easier for you.
