葡聚糖一機多用，具有長支鏈的葡聚糖，親水性間隔臂，提高蛋白質(zhì)作用于大分子的性能。低分子右旋糖酐用作穩(wěn)定劑，潤滑劑，體積擴展，結(jié)合平臺，和基質(zhì)成分。較高的分子量葡聚糖具有不同的粘度，聚集和滲透性能。葡聚糖羧基化后可用EDC等縮合劑縮合至蛋白或者核酸上,兩者形成穩(wěn)定的化合物,葡聚糖的效用更加穩(wěn)定優(yōu)越。

Dextran is multi-purpose, with long branched chain dextran and hydrophilic spacer arm, which improves the performance of protein acting on macromolecules. Low molecular dextran is used as stabilizer, lubricant, volume expansion, binding platform, and matrix component. Higher molecular weight glucans have different viscosity, aggregation and permeability properties. After carboxylation of dextran, it can be condensed to protein or nucleic acid by EDC and other condensing agents. The two forms stable compounds, and the effect of dextran is more stable and superior.
