Mintzberg’s organisational configurations包含5 個(gè)成分：

a) Strategic Apex 戰(zhàn)略頂點(diǎn)，指為公司提供方向指導(dǎo) - is the source of direction for the organisation (e.g.board of directors)

b) Middle line 中線，指將方向轉(zhuǎn)化為具體任務(wù)和流程- are the middle managers that convert direction into tasks and procedures (e.g. division heads)

c) Operating core 經(jīng)營(yíng)核心，指為公司提供產(chǎn)出 - are those that provide the outputs of the organisation (e.g. medical staff in a hospital)

d) Technostructure 技術(shù)， ，通過流程和檢驗(yàn)，建立起的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化， - exist to standardise through procedures and checking (e.g. internal audit)

e) Support staff 人員 ，支持經(jīng)營(yíng)核心 - support the operating core (e.g. finance, administration, HR)
