電廠接地網(wǎng)陰極保護(hù)犧牲陽極保護(hù)措施防腐
一、接地網(wǎng)的組成
接地網(wǎng)是維護(hù)電力系統(tǒng)安全可靠運(yùn)行、保障運(yùn)行人員安全的重要措施,其最重要的功能就是將故障電流安全地引入地下,限制故障電位上升,控制地表電位梯度以限制跨步電勢和接觸電勢在安全值內(nèi)。
?發(fā)電廠的接地網(wǎng)是由若干接地井和相互連通的扁鋼組成,遍布各個(gè)廠房和室外配電裝置的地下,確保接地良好,即使在部分接地扁鋼銹斷的情況下,也可以使接地電阻保持在規(guī)范之內(nèi)。
一般將接地系統(tǒng)分為:
1、工作接地
2、系統(tǒng)接地
3、防雷接地
4、保護(hù)接地

目前接地網(wǎng)材質(zhì)分為鍍鋅扁鋼與銅接地方式
電廠接地網(wǎng)根據(jù)材質(zhì)不同、土壤電阻率不同來設(shè)計(jì)不同的陰極保護(hù)材料,接地系統(tǒng)的防腐大部分是涂料加陰極保護(hù)為主,因?yàn)榻拥鼐W(wǎng)的面積大且絕緣性的問題,接地網(wǎng)的陰極保護(hù)方式主要是犧牲陽極為主。

一、 Composition of grounding grid
The grounding grid is an important measure to maintain the safe and reliable operation of the power system and ensure the safety of operators. Its most important function is to safely introduce fault current into the ground, limit the rise of fault potential, and control the surface potential gradient to limit the step potential and contact potential within the safe value.
The grounding grid of the power plant is composed of several grounding wells and interconnected flat steel, which are distributed under the ground of each plant and outdoor power distribution device to ensure good grounding. Even if some grounding flat steel is rusted and broken, the grounding resistance can be kept within the specification.
The grounding system is generally divided into:

二、 Cathodic protection and sacrificial anode protection measures for grounding grid of power plant
At present, the grounding grid material is divided into galvanized flat steel and copper grounding
Different cathodic protection materials are designed for the grounding grid of the power plant according to different materials and soil resistivity. Most of the anti-corrosion of the grounding system is mainly coating plus cathodic protection. Because of the large area and insulation of the grounding grid, the cathodic protection mode of the grounding grid is mainly sacrificial anode.
