Emma:Those are tea set，this is kettle,teapot and tea cup，this is teaspoon and fair cup，this is tea canister. Today，the black tea we want to brew is the Lapsang Souchong. Grown in Wuyi Mountain，F(xiàn)ujian，Lapsang Souchong tea is the ancestor of World Black tea.

（這些就是茶具，這是水壺、茶壺和茶杯，這是茶匙和公道杯，這是茶葉罐。今天我們要沖泡的紅茶是正山小種，正山小種紅茶產(chǎn)自福建的武夷山，是世界紅茶的鼻祖。）

Alice:First，you have to warm the teapot and cup with boiling water. Just like this, pour boiling water into the teapot, roll it counterclockwise, and pour it into the fair cup. The method of warming the fair cup and Tasting cup is the same.

Warm tea set can not only clean the tea set，but also stimulate the tea.

Emma:Then，you should put the tea into the teapot with a teaspoon. And pour the boiling water into the teapot and pour it out immediately, which is called wake up tea or wash tea.

（然后，你應(yīng)該用茶匙將茶葉投入茶壺中，再將開(kāi)水注入茶壺中，并且快速的再將茶壺中的水倒出來(lái)，這叫醒茶或者洗茶。）

The purpose of waking up tea is to fully moisten the tea,enhance the temperature of the tea and tea set,facilitate the leaching of the second tea soup,and remove the impurities contained in the tea.

（醒茶的目的在于充分濕潤(rùn)茶葉，提升茶葉、茶具的溫度，便于第二泡茶湯的浸出，還可以去除茶葉中所含的雜質(zhì)。）【醒茶完成后說(shuō)】

Alice:Next，pour the boiling water into the teapot again. After about fifteen seconds，you can pour the tea into the fair cup.In the meantime,you can continue to complete the task of the warm up.

The tea soup of black tea is very beautiful，and we use glassware to better appreciate the color of the tea.

Reputed as “Queen of tea”，Lasang Souang is the British Royal Family’s favorite tea.
