You don't need more than 2 years

David AmsTwo years is nothing, but at the same time, a lot can be accomplished in two years. You can try a sport you've always wanted to start, and become a great at it.

You can start a morning routine, and affect your mood and stress at a deep lever. You can meditate for a minutes perday, become more self-aware and change the way you react to problem. You can start a business and make it a big success.

Two years is nothing and extremely easy to waste, but with small actions , substantial commitment and consistency, you can make it count, a lot.

Two years being passive is a blink of an eye. Two years moving towards goals every single day is plenty of time. It's just a matter of? perspective. There is nothing that cannot be accomplished in two years with enough effort.

消極度日,兩年轉(zhuǎn)眼即逝。每天有目標(biāo)地前進(jìn),兩年就意味著更多的時(shí)間。這僅僅是看問(wèn)題的角度不同而已。如果足夠努力,沒(méi)有什么事情是兩年內(nèi)不能實(shí)現(xiàn)的。


You're not too old for the things you were dreaming of doing when you were a kid. You can still do extreme sports if you wish to. You can star playing a musical instrument. You can become a photographer. In two years from now, you'll be great at it if you really want to.

對(duì)你年少時(shí)的夢(mèng)想來(lái)說(shuō),你永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)太老。只要你想,你還是能去做極限運(yùn)動(dòng)。你還是能去學(xué)習(xí)樂(lè)器。你還是能成為一名攝影師。從現(xiàn)在起的兩年時(shí)間,只要你真的想要,你就能變得很厲害。


Don't let your past dicate who you are. You don't have to be the same person you have always been. Don't let fears control you. Don't let the socila standards conform you. Age is just a number.

不要讓你的過(guò)去決定你是誰(shuí)。你也不必一直和以前一樣。不要讓恐懼支配你。不要讓社會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)囚禁你。年齡只是個(gè)數(shù)字而已。


We should all empower our uniqueness and fight against our own limitations.By doing things you love on daily basis even for a few minutes,? you'll learn to enjoy the journey.

我們所有人都應(yīng)賦予我們獨(dú)特性,并與自己的局限作斗爭(zhēng)。每天去做你喜歡做的事情,哪怕只有幾分鐘,你也會(huì)享受這個(gè)過(guò)程。


The days will become more than just a means to an end. You'll see yourself evolving.

每天會(huì)變得更有意義,不會(huì)被虛度。你也會(huì)看到自己的進(jìn)步。


If you had the choice between feeling great, energetic and in a positive mood, versus feeling sleepy and moody, what would you choose? It's just a choice, which combined with small, enen tiny actions like reducing meat or alcohol consumption, or simply drinking more water, walking the stairs or biking to the office, you can do wonders. It's not about the end goal, it's about daily actions towards it.?

如果你能選擇讓自己感覺(jué)棒棒的,精力旺盛,樂(lè)觀向上,亦或是疲憊著,喜怒無(wú)常,你會(huì)選哪一個(gè)?這就是個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的選擇,再加上小小的行動(dòng)比如少吃肉或少喝酒,再或是多喝點(diǎn)水,爬樓梯或騎腳踏車(chē)上班,你就會(huì)創(chuàng)造奇跡了。這么做不是為了簡(jiǎn)單地達(dá)到目標(biāo),而是為了每天都能夠朝這個(gè)方向進(jìn)步。


It's also the reason why morning routines, or ten minutes daily meditetion sessions are bringing such great changes in terms of mood, productivity, stress management, ect.

這也是為什么早間的習(xí)慣和十分鐘的每日冥想都能帶給人巨大的改變,比如情緒、生產(chǎn)力和壓力管理能力的改善。


Replace TV shows and movies by documentaries and books. Minitor your days more, get in control of how you spend your time. Take back the control of your health, mood and time.

Practive gratefulness. See the results in two years.Be kind with people. Star with your family, don't go mad one more time. Stop judging, see the good in the, and remember that you love them more than anything.?

學(xué)會(huì)感激。兩年后見(jiàn)分曉。善待他人,再也不要和家人發(fā)火。停止批判,看見(jiàn)他們好的那面,并記得你愛(ài)他們超過(guò)一切。


In your working life, being kind and nice can bring you more respect from people who surround you than being bossy and aggressive. Learn to say "No" often (for the right reasond), people will accept it more and value your "Yes" more, because your times value will increase.?

You don't need to be scary to be respected. It's about building trust and healthy long term relationships. Try this and in two years from now your reality will be so different. Silence your ego, love and trust others enough for two years, harvest for ten years or more.?

It has a lot to do with setting goals, but goals without actions are just wishes. The easiest way to reach goals is through daily and consistent small (even tiny) actions. It's all about consistency, commitment, and regularity. Success is not an event, it's a process and a mindset.

這和目標(biāo)的設(shè)定有很大的關(guān)系,但光有目標(biāo)沒(méi)有行動(dòng)就只能是美好的愿望而已。最簡(jiǎn)單達(dá)成目標(biāo)的方法就是,每天都堅(jiān)持微小的行動(dòng)。一切都在于要建立一致性、要堅(jiān)持付出和養(yǎng)成規(guī)律。成功不是一個(gè)偶然事件,它是個(gè)長(zhǎng)久的過(guò)程和心態(tài)。
