所有的輸入/輸出模件均可與冗余及單通道中央設(shè)備一起使用。

H51g系統(tǒng)中所有模件均滿足歐盟導則89/336/EWG第10條中所規(guī)定的電磁兼容與抗干擾性的要求，在模件技術(shù)參數(shù)表中這是用符號CE表示的，系統(tǒng)與模件也附有帶這種符號的標簽。

H51q系列由一個5單元高的19英寸中央機架及最多16個4單元高的19英寸輸入/輸出機架組成。

中央機架包含以下部件:

一個或兩個由微處理器控制的中央模件

最多3個協(xié)處理器模件，分配給每個中央模件。

最多8個RS485接口(中央模件上2個;最多3個協(xié)處理器，每個協(xié)處理器上2個)，傳輸率可達57600bps。

最多5個用于以太網(wǎng)或Profibus-DP通訊的通訊模件，分配給每個中央模件。

1~3個電源模件(24VDC/5VDC)，用來提供中央模件的5VDC操作電壓和I/C模件的5V DC控制電壓。

電源監(jiān)視模件，帶有給中央模件的 SRAM 區(qū)與時鐘作后備供電的電池。

整體式電纜托架

輔助模件，用來連接與斷開電源24VDC，給看門狗信號及三臺風扇(包括熔斷器及風扇運轉(zhuǎn)監(jiān)視)供電。

I/O機架包括:

最多可有4個配電模件

一個與1/O 總線連接的連接模件，在故障情況下安全切除看門狗信號。

最多16個用于數(shù)字和模似信號的//O模件插槽。

All modules in the H51g system meet the electromagnetic compatibility and anti-interference requirements specified in Article 10 of EU Guideline 89/336/EWG. This is represented by the symbol CE in the module technical parameter table, and the system and modules are also labeled with this symbol.

The H51q series consists of a 5-unit high 19 inch central rack and up to 16 4-unit high 19 inch input/output racks.

The central rack contains the following components:

One or two central modules controlled by a microprocessor

Up to 3 coprocessor modules, assigned to each central module.

Up to 8 RS485 interfaces (2 on the central module; up to 3 coprocessors, 2 on each coprocessor), with a transmission rate of up to 57600bps.

Up to 5 communication modules for Ethernet or Profibus-DP communication, assigned to each central module.

1-3 power modules (24VDC/5VDC) are used to provide the 5VDC operating voltage of the central module and the 5V DC control voltage of the I/C module.

The power monitoring module is equipped with a battery that provides backup power to the SRAM area of the central module and the clock.

Integral cable tray

Auxiliary module, used to connect and disconnect the 24VDC power supply, supplying power to the watchdog signal and three fans (including fuses and fan operation monitoring).

The I/O rack includes:

Up to 4 power distribution modules

A connection module connected to the 1/O bus that safely cuts off the watchdog signal in case of a fault.

Up to 16//O module slots for digital and analog signals.
