一、隨著...的發(fā)展
常用句型：With the development of sth,替換句型：As sth develops/improves/grows by leaps and bounds, …名詞leap和bound都有“跳躍”的意思，短語by leaps and bounds形容改善或進步非常迅速，突飛猛進。如果想把句子擴寫得更長，還可以在這句話后面加上具體的時間狀語，比如：As??technology has developed/improved by leaps and bounds over the past two decades, …. As??technology has developed/improved by leaps and bounds since the half of the 20th century,…
二、人們對...的看法不一
常用句型：Different people have different opinions about sth.替換句型：Opinions are divided on/as to sth.? ?Opinions about sth vary from person to person.比如 Opinions are divided as to whether children should be taught to be competitive or co-operative.Opinions about autonomous vehicles vary from person to person.

三、人們對...感到越來越擔心
常用句型：There is growing public anxiety over sth替換句型：Worries have multiplied/mount about sth 動詞multiply是“增加”的意思。我們還可以把動詞multiply替換為mount, 也表示“增加”。about后面的內(nèi)容比較短時，我們可以寫作Worries about sth have multiplied。同樣的，我們可以在這句話后面加上具體的時間狀語：Worries about sth have multiplied/mounted in the past two years.

四、表達一個某個現(xiàn)象的多個原因
常見句型：There are many reasons for… The first one is… The second one is…

替換句型：
1. Reasons abound for…, one of which is… abound用于形容“事物之多”。例句：網(wǎng)紅經(jīng)濟的迅速成長原因之一在于新一代年輕人對網(wǎng)絡(luò)名人的喜愛：Reasons abound for the boom of Internet celebrity economy, one of which is digital native generation’s preference for internet celebrities.

2. Several factors seem to be at play in sth. sth is part of the story. 短語at play表示“造成影響，產(chǎn)生作用”，A is at play in B字面意思是“A在B這件事上產(chǎn)生了作用”，換句話說，“A導(dǎo)致了B”。sth is part of the story.表示某事是原因之一。句型來源于《經(jīng)濟學(xué)人》一篇關(guān)于異地婚姻的文章，原文是：Several factors seem to be at play in the trend of today’s marrieds increasingly living apart. Technology is part of the story.當今，越來越多的已婚夫婦開始分居，有多重因素引發(fā)了這一趨勢，其中，技術(shù)是原因之一。

3.A few factors contribute to/lead to/cause sth. Chief among them is sth. 這句話的意思是“促成…的因素有許多，其中主要的是…” ，比如A few factors contribute to juvenile delinquency. Chief among them is violence in the home.

4.Many factors conspire to do sth. A big one is sth.conspire是“密謀，合謀”的意思，引申為“共同導(dǎo)致“。這句話的意思是“許多因素共同導(dǎo)致了…其中一大原因是…”。句型來源于《經(jīng)濟學(xué)人》一篇討論移民家庭語言教學(xué)的文章：Yet many factors conspire to ensure that children still lose their parents’ languages, or never learn them.A big one is institutional pressure. A child's time spent with a second language is time not spent on their first.但在各種因素同時作用下，孩子們?nèi)匀徊荒芡耆〞愿改傅哪刚Z，抑或永遠都學(xué)不會。一個大因素就是制度性壓力。如果一個孩子的時間花在第二語言上那么講母語的時間就肯定少了。

5.There are myriad reasons for sth. Chief among them is sth. 形容詞myriad表示“無數(shù)的，大量的”，這句話的意思是“造成…的原因有很多，其中最主要的是…”
