IR-808 azide,IR-808,發(fā)射808nm,酯溶性染料修飾疊氮基團(tuán)(azide),近紅外區(qū)域吲哚花菁素IR系列染料有機(jī)染料有IR-783、IR-806、IR-808、IR-820、IR-820、IR-825這些天然的花菁染料還可以鏈接不同的基團(tuán),例如:修飾琥珀酰亞胺酯NHS,氨基NH2,生物素Biotin,疊氮N3,巰基Thiol-SH等等。

疊氮化物基團(tuán)可以與Cu(I)催化的點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)反應(yīng)中的炔烴部分或無(wú)銅點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)反應(yīng)中的DBCO部分反應(yīng),形成穩(wěn)定的三唑鍵。
