近日,由國家藝術(shù)基金傳播推廣資助項(xiàng)目、中央美術(shù)學(xué)院主辦的《周面復(fù)始--綜合材料繪畫學(xué)術(shù)邀請(qǐng)展》即將結(jié)集出版《周而復(fù)始-綜合材料繪畫學(xué)術(shù)邀請(qǐng)展文獻(xiàn)集》,國際生態(tài)環(huán)保藝術(shù)家王馨曼受邀入選此項(xiàng)目和文獻(xiàn)集。王馨曼入選作品名稱《百年征途》,綜合材料,尺寸120cm * 180cm,創(chuàng)作時(shí)間2019年。

自2019年中旬 至2021年 《周而復(fù)始-綜合材料繪畫學(xué)術(shù)邀請(qǐng)展文獻(xiàn)集》部分入選作品曾在吉林藝術(shù)學(xué)院美術(shù)館舉、上海馬利美術(shù)館、上海視覺藝術(shù)學(xué)院美術(shù)館,重慶美術(shù)館、深圳大學(xué)美術(shù)館、遼河美術(shù)館、濟(jì)南美術(shù)館、西安美術(shù)學(xué)院美術(shù)館等數(shù)地的巡回展出,于2021 年 4 月 9 日-4 月 30 日在中央美術(shù)學(xué)院美術(shù)館進(jìn)行此項(xiàng)目第九站的巡回展出。并于2021年4月23日下午舉行結(jié)項(xiàng)儀式及“中國綜合材料經(jīng)再語言主體性精神”的學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)。此項(xiàng)目學(xué)術(shù)主持為中央美術(shù)學(xué)院院長、中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)主席范迪安,項(xiàng)目文獻(xiàn)集由該項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人吳守峰、策展人蕭煌編著。

“周而復(fù)始”是中央美院張?jiān)淌谥鞒值牟牧瞎ぷ魇业恼褂[品牌,在本次國家藝術(shù)基金中報(bào)之前,就已經(jīng)在全國各地進(jìn)行了將近十幾站的教學(xué)成果匯報(bào)本次展在此基礎(chǔ)上申報(bào)國家藝術(shù)基金項(xiàng)目,通過六地巡展,綜合展示了綜合材料繪畫目前在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展水平,通過對(duì)《周而復(fù)始-綜合材料繪畫學(xué)術(shù)邀請(qǐng)展文獻(xiàn)集》綜合材料繪畫發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)性校理,為中國當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的多維發(fā)展提供路徑分析。- 項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人吳守峰介紹

王馨曼創(chuàng)作的綜合材料作品《百年征途》,通過1949年-2019年的近70張中國老報(bào)紙為主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)作材料,呈現(xiàn)了70年以來黨團(tuán)結(jié)人民共同走過的砥礪奮進(jìn)歷史,彰顯了中國人民創(chuàng)造歷史偉業(yè)、邁向中華民族偉大復(fù)興而走過的輝煌征途。

國際生態(tài)環(huán)保藝術(shù)家王馨曼長年專注于保護(hù)生物多樣性主題的藝術(shù)作品,她善于采用回收的舊物材料創(chuàng)作:報(bào)紙、塑料袋、飲料瓶、易拉罐、鐵絲、不同材質(zhì)的線、紙箱、雜志、塑料玩具和日常生活用品等材料創(chuàng)作綜合材料繪畫作品與裝置藝術(shù)作品。王馨曼作品表達(dá)了人類與時(shí)間、空間、地域的交集與碰撞。保護(hù)生物多樣性系列作品呈現(xiàn)了對(duì)動(dòng)物失去棲息地后體內(nèi)充斥著人類過度消費(fèi)所丟棄的廢棄物的批判;隱喻對(duì)地球生物痛苦掙扎和煎熬的生命過程是由人類行為疊加造成的反思。

王馨曼具有設(shè)計(jì)、藝術(shù)、生態(tài)環(huán)保藝術(shù)、人類學(xué)、管理學(xué)背景,獲得博士學(xué)位,國內(nèi)外多所大學(xué)客座教授,熱衷于公益事業(yè),通過藝術(shù)宣傳保護(hù)地球?yàn)l危物種?,F(xiàn)在負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)合國教科文組織IMAJ全球藝術(shù)大賽項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、執(zhí)行主任,任職于云南大學(xué)、云南省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)綜合材料藝術(shù)委員會(huì)副主任。她結(jié)合對(duì)人類破壞行為的探索與反思,通過藝術(shù)引發(fā)大眾對(duì)遭受人類欲望和過度物質(zhì)消費(fèi)而嚴(yán)重受損的大自然的反思,倡導(dǎo)大眾參與保護(hù)自然,和諧發(fā)展。

王馨曼2017年獲得25座博物館聯(lián)盟評(píng)選的美國藝術(shù)家獎(jiǎng);2019年作品入選國家藝術(shù)基金推廣項(xiàng)目;2020年獲得聯(lián)合國教科文組織榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng);2021年受聘歐洲聯(lián)盟資助項(xiàng)目云南低碳學(xué)校試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目指導(dǎo)專家;2022年榮登美國華人雜志封面人物;2022年榮獲第八屆國際瑪麗安.勃蘭特藝術(shù)大賽提名獎(jiǎng)。王馨曼的藝術(shù)作品被聯(lián)合國教科文組織藝術(shù)中心、法國國家自然歷史博物館、意大利當(dāng)代藝術(shù)中心、云南美術(shù)館、中華文化中心等機(jī)構(gòu)收藏。


“周而復(fù)始”作為展覽名稱。喻示整個(gè)繪畫發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)和事物內(nèi)在運(yùn)行的發(fā)展規(guī)律,世間的物性和心識(shí)在時(shí)空的維度下物質(zhì)、能量生命信息生成藝術(shù)演變的內(nèi)在機(jī)制與語言規(guī)律,如此日月循環(huán)、天地運(yùn)行四時(shí)變遷、周面復(fù)始?!爸苊鎻?fù)始”打破傳統(tǒng)的線性敘事方式,采用系統(tǒng)性的研究與梳理,注重綜合材料繪畫語言主題精神的探討,通過語言的歷史性演變。探討繪畫藝術(shù)精神品格的文化使命與價(jià)值擔(dān)當(dāng),并思考時(shí)代精神與文化價(jià)值的當(dāng)代演進(jìn)“周面復(fù)始”是中國綜合材料繪畫的一次全國性學(xué)術(shù)交流與推廣,既是對(duì)我國高等藝術(shù)教育領(lǐng)域綜合材料繪面學(xué)科發(fā)展的梳理,也是為綜合材料繪語言主體精神在當(dāng)代中國的發(fā)展路徑提供文本分析。通過討論綜合材料繪畫語言本體的演進(jìn)規(guī)律、精神特性及與當(dāng)代美學(xué)的嬗變關(guān)系,提供歷史的宏觀視野,以此分析這一繪面表達(dá)樣式對(duì)我國社會(huì)藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作和高等藝術(shù)院校教學(xué)的長遠(yuǎn)意義。

此次展覽和文獻(xiàn)集的呈現(xiàn),集結(jié)了以中央美術(shù)學(xué)院為首的業(yè)內(nèi)專家們的創(chuàng)作成果,較為全面地體現(xiàn)了國內(nèi)藝術(shù)家們?cè)诰C合材料繪畫上的最新探索與思考表達(dá),既展現(xiàn)了我國高等美術(shù)教育多年來在本學(xué)科的教研成果,同時(shí)也回應(yīng)了在時(shí)代新語境下關(guān)于綜合材料繪畫的發(fā)展要求?!吨苊鎻?fù)始--綜合材料繪畫學(xué)術(shù)邀請(qǐng)展》、《周而復(fù)始-綜合材料繪畫學(xué)術(shù)邀請(qǐng)展文獻(xiàn)集》既是高校之間高品質(zhì)的學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)。也是借助國家藝術(shù)基金的力量,結(jié)合社會(huì)各界精英、以學(xué)術(shù)為本源,打造傳播交流與推廣平臺(tái)建構(gòu)時(shí)代新文化發(fā)展體系。探索中國特色架上藝術(shù)的自新之路。

Sophia Xinman Wang's works were selected as the National Art Fund promotion project document collection

Recently, the "Round & Develop -- Comprehensive Material Painting Academic Invitation Exhibition" sponsored by the National Art Foundation Communication and Promotion Funding Project and the Central Academy of Fine Arts will soon be published " Round & Develop -Mixed Material Painting Academic Invitation Exhibition Collection", and international ecological and environmental protection artist Sophia Xinman Wang was invited to be selected for this project and collection. Sophia Xinman Wang was selected for the work "Centennial Journey", size 120cm * 180cm, created in 2019.

From mid-2019 to 2021, some of the selected works of " Round & Develop -Mixed Material Painting Academic Invitation Exhibition Collection" have been exhibited at the Art Museum of Jilin University of Art, Shanghai Marley Art Museum, Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts Art Museum, Chongqing Art Museum, Shenzhen University Art Museum, Liaohe Art Museum, Jinan Art Museum, Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts Art Museum and other places, and will be exhibited at the ninth station of this project at CAFA Art Museum from April 9 to April 30, 2021. On the afternoon of April 23, 2021, the closing ceremony, and the academic seminar on " Round & Develop -linguistic Subjectivity of Chinese Comprehensive Materials" were held. Sophia Xinman Wang's comprehensive material work "A Hundred Years of Journey" presents the historical context of the 70 years of the party and the people forging ahead through nearly 70 old Chinese newspapers from 1949 to 2019 as the main creative materials, highlighting the glorious journey taken by the Chinese people to create historical greatness and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

International eco-artist Sophia Xinman Wang has long focused on the theme of biodiversity conservation, and she is good at creating mixed-material paintings and installations using recycled old materials: newspapers, plastic bags, beverage bottles, cans, wire, threads of different materials, cartons, magazines, plastic toys, and daily necessities. Sophia Xinman Wang 's works express the intersection and collision of human beings with time, space, and region. The Biodiversity Conservation series presents a critique of the waste discarded by human overconsumption after animals lose their habitats; The metaphorical reflection on the life processes of the earth's creatures that struggle and afflict is caused by the superposition of human behavior.

Sophia Xinman Wang has a background in design, art, ecological environmental protection art, anthropology, management, obtained a doctorate, a visiting professor at many universities at home and abroad, is passionate about public welfare, and protects the earth's endangered species through art promotion. Xinman is currently responsible for the project leader and executive director of the UNESCO IMAJ Global Art Competition and serves as the deputy director of the Comprehensive Material Art Committee of Yunnan University and Yunnan Artists Association. Combining the exploration and reflection of human destructive behavior, she provokes the public's reflection on nature that has been seriously damaged by human desire and excessive material consumption through art and advocates public participation in the protection of nature and harmonious development.

Sophia Xinman Wang won the American Artist Award from the 25 Museum Alliance in 2017; In 2019, her works were selected as a promotion project of the National Art Fund; In 2020, she received the UNESCO Honorary Award for Protecting the Earth; In 2021, she was appointed as a guide expert for the pilot project of Yunnan low-carbon school funded by the European Union; In 2022, she was on the cover of Chinese magazine in the United States; In 2022, she won the 8th International Marianne. Brandt Art Competition Nomination Award. Xinman's artworks have been collected by UNESCO Art Center, French National Museum of Natural History, Italian Center for Contemporary Art, Yunnan Art Museum, China Cultural Center, and other institutions.

" ROUND & DEVELOP" as the title of the exhibition. It is a metaphor for the context of the development of the entire painting and the development law of the internal operation of things, the internal mechanism and language law of the evolution of material and energy life information generation art in the dimension of time and space, so that the sun and the moon cycle, the four hours of the operation of heaven and earth, and the cycle of the cycle of the whole world. "Repeating the Whole Face" breaks the traditional linear narrative method, adopts systematic research and sorting, pays attention to the discussion of the theme spirit of the comprehensive material painting language, and through the historical evolution of language. Discussing the cultural mission and value responsibility of the spiritual character of painting art, and thinking about the contemporary evolution of the spirit of the times and cultural value, "Circumspective" is a national academic exchange and promotion of comprehensive material painting in China, which is not only a sorting out of the development of comprehensive material painting in the field of higher art education in China, but also provides textual analysis for the development path of the main spirit of comprehensive material painting language in contemporary China. By discussing the evolution law, spiritual characteristics, and transmutation relationship with contemporary aesthetics of the ontology of comprehensive material painting language, this paper provides a macroscopic perspective of history, to analyze the long-term significance of this painting expression style to China's social art creation and teaching in higher art colleges.

The presentation of this exhibition and the collection of documents gathers the creative achievements of industry experts led by the Central Academy of Fine Arts, which comprehensively reflects the latest exploration and thinking expression of domestic artists in comprehensive material painting, which not only shows the teaching and research achievements of China's higher art education in this discipline for many years, but also responds to the development requirements of mixed material painting in the new context of the times.
