When I was a child, Grandma would make zongzi all by herself, choosing and washing leaves, preparing sticky rice, wrapping them one by one, and I didn''t bother to help her. The plainest kind with sesame/sugar dig was my favorite. Simple but savory. She left me 2 years ago, God I miss her.
