①什么是PCR array？?

PCR array又叫功能分類芯片或PCR列陣，它是采用一種高通量的方法利用實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR技術(shù)聚焦信號(hào)通路、生物過(guò)程或疾病研究通路中的一組基因，同時(shí)檢測(cè)多種基因的表達(dá)量。

它是分析信號(hào)通路或者生物學(xué)功能相關(guān)基因表達(dá)狀態(tài)的首選工具，因?yàn)槲覀冎酪粋€(gè)信號(hào)通路，它會(huì)有很多基因在里面參與，比如說(shuō)受體分子，中間的轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)分子，包括轉(zhuǎn)錄因子，包括轉(zhuǎn)錄因子所調(diào)控的一些基因，它會(huì)有一系列的基因去參與信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的過(guò)程，例如我們?cè)趯?shí)驗(yàn)當(dāng)中加藥，想要了解藥物對(duì)WNT通路的影響，可是對(duì)WNT通路有那么多指標(biāo)，搞不清楚它對(duì)哪個(gè)通路有影響？這時(shí)我們可以利用WNT通路 PCR Array試劑盒去檢測(cè)加藥組和非加藥組，就可以知道 WNT通路里面哪些基因表達(dá)高了，哪些通路表達(dá)低了，是不是都沒(méi)有表達(dá)變化？
