現(xiàn)場觸目驚心，讓人慘不忍睹！

周興和得到職工報告，當(dāng)即放棄了休假就往事發(fā)地趕去。10月5日下午，當(dāng)他心急火燎地趕到那里時，兩位職工告訴他，10月4日晚上，還是那幾個男女，又指揮4輛三輪車從郵政局拖出十幾條脹鼓鼓的麻袋，同樣賣到了那個廢品收購站。這回，他們賣了800多塊錢。當(dāng)周興和等人趕到現(xiàn)場時，廢品收購站破爛的庫房里，確實堆著幾十條麻袋。打開倒出一看，千真萬確，確實全是一疊疊星河公司的信函和資料！面對那大堆大堆分拆開來嶄新的信函時，在場的每個人都懷疑自己的眼睛，是不是看錯了！憤怒使得周興和臉色鐵青，他真像被人喂了蒼蠅，翻腸倒肚起來——他撞破腦袋也不敢相信，堂堂的郵政局，竟然會干這樣無法無天的事！從他做孩童起，這樣的事，那簡直是聞所未聞哪！

《十萬信函“寄”到了廢品站》，10月6日，成都一家報紙率先披露了星河公司信函被賣到廢品站的這一奇聞，隨后國內(nèi)數(shù)十家媒體紛紛播發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)了這條新聞。在記者們采訪廢品收購站老板時，這家老板聲稱，10月4日晚被賣到他那里的信函共2500斤，共有10萬封左右。

Hundreds of thousands of letters were "sent" to scrap yards. On October 6, a newspaper in Chengdu firstly disclosed the news that the business letters of Xinghe Company were sold to scrap yards. Subsequently, dozens of media in China broadcast or forwarded the news. When the journalists interviewed the owner of the scrap yard, he claimed that 2,500 kilograms of letters, or about 100,000 pieces of letters, had been sold to him on the night of October 4.

The next day, when the journalists from CCTV's Focus Interview and Sichuan TV's Law Today were interviewing on the spot, a female surnamed Bai offered an even more shocking fact: she had seen a large sack of personal letters at the scrap yard. One of those letters, she said she was deeply impressed, included a photo of a little girl, because the little girl was so pretty, with big eyes, curly hair, and small dimples when she smiled.

與白大姐同樣在這里看到過私人信件的還有許多人，有些人拆開信件，看到人家的私隱，還相互插科打諢，嘻嘻哈哈一起瘋笑不已。

四川一家旅游產(chǎn)品公司的老總告訴記者，該公司在該市郵政局提交了50萬封信函，可也幾乎沒有任何收效。他的這些信函多次查無下落，也懷疑這些郵件遭受了與星河公司同樣的命運，被“寄”到了廢品站來。

The manager of a tourism product company in Sichuan told the journalists that his company had handed 500,000 letters to the city's post office, but had no feedback at all. His letters were repeatedly unaccounted for, and he suspected that those letters had suffered the same fate as Xinghe Company’s and were "sent" to the scrap yard.

與此同時，事發(fā)所在地檢察院應(yīng)星河公司請求，出動人員到廢品收購站封存了現(xiàn)場的22麻袋信函。第二天上午，在檢察院的要求下，廢品站出錢請人對這些信函進(jìn)行清點，34名雜工從上午9點一直數(shù)到晚上8點，才把這些信函數(shù)完，總數(shù)近18萬封。

At the same time, at the request of Xinghe Company, the procuratorate at the location of the incident sent the personnel to the scrap yard to seal 22 sacks of letters at the scene. The next morning, at the request of the procuratorate, the scrap yard paid for the letters to be counted, and 34 handymen counted them from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., coming to the total of nearly 180,000 letters.

此事一經(jīng)媒體披露，國內(nèi)外輿論一片嘩然。成都等地像炸開了的鍋，政府、郵局的電話幾乎被市民打爆，人們紛紛譴責(zé)這種“極端違背職業(yè)道德和公眾信譽(yù)”的行為。

In the afternoon of the same day, under the intense pressure of public opinion, a man surrendered himself to the police station, claiming to be responsibility for the sale of two letter-selling events on October 3 and 4: "These letters were stolen by me alone and have nothing to do with others." After investigation, the man named Li, was the uncle-in-law of Director Zhong of the post office’s business letter processing center, and was a handyman in the post office before the incident, and sometimes also helped to stamp the postmark.

事到如今，令人感到不可思議的事情，又接二連三發(fā)生了。

直到10月16日，該市政府通過當(dāng)?shù)孛襟w，宣布此次信函被賣事件是一起盜竊案。10月23日上午，市公安局一位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)接受了記者采訪，向媒體通報了“案件偵破過程”：這起“盜竊案”涉案人員共有2男3女，他們都是農(nóng)村人。9月30日下午，李某找侄兒鐘某要了鑰匙，當(dāng)晚住進(jìn)商函制作室，看到成堆的信函后，此人“動了邪念”，心想“老子偷他幾捆去賣，他們也不會知道”。之后，李找來其余4人，一起在商函中心分拆信函整整兩天，然后將這些信函賣給了廢品收購站?！按舜问录儗倮钅车热说膫€人行為，是一起偶發(fā)的盜竊案件！”公安機(jī)關(guān)對此做出結(jié)論道。

On the morning of October 23, a leader of the Municipal Public Security Bureau gave an interview to the journalists and told the media about the "case solving process": Two men and three women involved in this "theft case" were all rural people. On the afternoon of September 30, Li asked his nephew Zhong for the key. At that night, he went to the production room of business letter. After seeing piles of letters, the man "had an evil thought", thinking that "I steal several bundles to sell, and they would not know". Li then got the other four people to open the letters and classify for two days at the business letter center and then sold them to a scrap yard. "This event is purely the personal behavior of Li and other four persons; it is an accidental theft case!" The public security organ concluded.

末了，周興和義憤地一拍桌子：即使自己傾家蕩產(chǎn)，也要和郵政局的人對簿公堂；即使官司輸?shù)靡粩⊥康?，也要讓全國人民看清有些人道貌岸然背后的嘴臉?/p>
