• According to Justice Heather Holmes of British Columbia Supreme Court, the fraud charges against Meng satisfied the extradition requirement of "double criminality",?meaning Meng is accused of the considered crime in Canada as well.?

????????所謂雙重犯罪原則（principle of double criminality），又稱相同原則，是指可引渡的犯罪必須是請(qǐng)求引渡國(guó)家和被請(qǐng)求引渡國(guó)家雙方都認(rèn)為是犯罪的行為。
