本周四（11月24日）是感恩節(jié)，不少外貿(mào)人已經(jīng)摩拳擦掌準(zhǔn)備給買家們發(fā)郵件，感謝今年的支持了。

但是！來看看收到郵件的買家們是怎么說的吧：

“求求了別再發(fā)感恩節(jié)郵件了！”

“我們根本就不過感恩節(jié)！”

冷知識(shí)！

只有美國人過感恩節(jié)！

感恩節(jié)之所以這么有名，是因?yàn)樗诿绹莾H次于圣誕節(jié)的第二大節(jié)日。在美國，感恩節(jié)假期一般會(huì)從星期四持續(xù)到星期日，所以下周美國買家不回復(fù)你，也是正常的。

感恩節(jié)的來歷要追溯到著名的“五月花”號(hào)，它載著102個(gè)在英國遭受宗教迫害的清教徒到了美洲，這批移民在冬天過得饑寒交迫，眼看活不下去了，原住民印第安人向他們伸出了援手，教他們種田捕獵，是他們適應(yīng)了美洲的生活。

來年緩過勁兒的移民就邀請(qǐng)印地安人一同慶祝豐收，漸漸形成了“感恩”的傳統(tǒng)。

歐洲諸國、澳大利亞等國家也都是不過感恩節(jié)的。

那么美國人的鄰居——加拿大人過不過感恩節(jié)呢？

加拿大的感恩節(jié)在每年的10月第二個(gè)星期一，是為了紀(jì)念英國探險(xiǎn)家Martin Frobisher于1578年在現(xiàn)今的加拿大紐芬蘭省建立了定居點(diǎn)。

想想你在過年時(shí)收到群發(fā)的祝福短信你會(huì)在意嗎？放棄模板化的祝福吧，它們會(huì)被淹沒在感恩節(jié)祝福的海洋里。

你可以：

• 寫一封個(gè)性化的郵件；

• 拍個(gè)小視頻；

• 寄一份走心的小禮物；

• 甚至來一波促銷。

只有在了解客戶文化的基礎(chǔ)上，才能把祝福送到客戶的心坎里！

在美國人的心目中，感恩節(jié)的重要性僅次于圣誕節(jié)。這一天也是美國的公共假日，美國人往往連上周末，度過一個(gè)4-5天的假期，作為美國血拼季和休假季的開始。所以如果有美國客戶，不妨好好利用這個(gè)節(jié)日，完成潛在訂單哦。當(dāng)然不管是發(fā)郵件，送賀卡或者是送禮物，都最好要走心，這樣才會(huì)有更加有效果。

不同客戶感恩節(jié)跟進(jìn)技巧

第一種，已下單客戶

沒有什么比送禮更直接的了。對(duì)于老客戶，我們可以根據(jù)客戶的喜好、需求在這個(gè)節(jié)日送上一份貼心的小禮物，比如一件孩子喜歡的小玩具、客戶喜歡的書籍等等；如果是新客戶，不了解對(duì)方的喜好也沒有關(guān)系，可以送一些中國特色的小禮物，客戶一般都比較喜歡。記得附贈(zèng)賀卡！

或者拍一段有意思的短視頻，視頻祝福往往比文字更直觀、更能打動(dòng)人！國外很多客戶對(duì)YouTube、TikTok等短視頻愛不釋手，所以我們也可以來一段！用自己的照片或者動(dòng)員全公司的員工錄制一段客戶的專屬祝福視頻，絕對(duì)會(huì)留下深刻的印象。

第二種，強(qiáng)烈購買意向客戶

1.最好寫一封專屬的郵件，千萬不要套用模板，有針對(duì)性一點(diǎn)，比如你可以回顧一下與這位客人之間的一兩件印象深刻的事情，或者是他曾經(jīng)給予你的幫助等等，然后因此致以謝意。最好后面再加上一張感恩節(jié)賀卡。

2.組織一次專場(chǎng)促銷活動(dòng)：由于感恩節(jié)與瘋狂購物季“黑色星期五”緊密相連，不妨利用感恩節(jié)做個(gè)促銷，給老客戶一些真正的實(shí)惠。把自己的祝福郵件標(biāo)題變成這樣：

第三種，一般意向客戶

可以通過WhatsApp等發(fā)送簡短的祝福短信。例如：

• From all of us to all of you at Thanksgiving.

• Thanksgiving wishes for you and your family.

• ?Joy and fun, wish fulfillment and blessing, come to your home this Thanksgiving!

• ?I am so grateful that I have you all with me on this Thanksgiving Day.

第四種，潛在客戶

很多老外會(huì)在感恩節(jié)或“黑五”期間，在社交平臺(tái)上發(fā)表評(píng)論或者照片，這個(gè)時(shí)候就是提升你們感情的時(shí)刻了，一定要記得積極點(diǎn)贊評(píng)論多多互動(dòng)哦！但要注意的是，盡量在這些評(píng)論里少提自己的產(chǎn)品，否則讓人覺得你的舉動(dòng)虛情假意，效果適得其反。
