關(guān)于活死細(xì)胞染色的研究，Calcein AM和碘化丙啶（PI）這兩種活死細(xì)胞染色試劑盒：Calcein AM是一種疏水化合物，容易滲透完整的活細(xì)胞，進入細(xì)胞后被酯酶水解產(chǎn)生強烈熒光，同時它能完整的保存在細(xì)胞細(xì)胞質(zhì)中，酯酶活性與活細(xì)胞的數(shù)量成正比。對于具有完整膜的活細(xì)胞，DNA染料PI是J性的無法滲透細(xì)胞膜，它僅能結(jié)合死細(xì)胞的DNA，一起來看下檢測結(jié)果（如圖）：
