here is my first reason , reporting someone who has breached company rules?does nothing but harm to?the interpersonal relationships between colleagues , which makes it uncomfortable or?nerve racking?for everyone in the same workplace , for example ,....
secondly ,
reporting is not the appropriate way to get problems solved , instead effective communication is what makes sense which is the?job duty?of a manager , it is not within coworkers' obligation or responsibility to report someone who deserves a chance of self adjustment , for instance ,....
