1、not only… but also? ?（不但…而且…）

例句：在短短的三年的時間里，______________（他不但完成了所有課程，還獲得了博士學位）。

In just three years, he not only finished all courses, but also got the PhD.? ——過去三年，注意時態(tài)。

例2：他不僅樂于接受別人的觀點，而且也很耐心。

He is not only acceptable to others’?opinions but also very patient.

2、 either…or? ?（或者… 或者 …）

例句：如果考試過關(guān)，你可以買一個MP4或去北京玩一趟。

If you can pass the examination, you?could either buy an MP4 or go to?Beijing?for a visit.

3、neither…nor （既不… 又不 …）

例句：他是一個無聊的人，既不愛娛樂，也不愛讀書。

4、倍數(shù)的翻譯

?（1）as…as

這棟樓有三個人那么高。
