When people tell you that they are busy, they just want to spare some time for people who are more important to them.
Don’t naively think that she/he is really busy and just wait for her/him foolishly there.
Don’t wait until the person says something like ‘hehe’ and ‘oh’, Or just thoroughly ignore you, will you become angry from shame and show inappropriate etiquettes.
Pretending to be busy is a very polite way to decline other people.
Maybe you should make yourself become more important to her/him, and make her/him hard to refuse you.?
Isn’t this idea better?
