美國“S20100”不銹鋼的特性:
表面美觀以及使用可能性多樣化;
耐腐蝕性能好,比普通鋼長久耐用;
耐腐蝕性好;
強(qiáng)度高,因而薄板使用的可能性大;
耐高溫氧化及強(qiáng)度高,因此能夠抗火災(zāi);
常溫加工,即容易塑性加工;
因?yàn)椴槐乇砻嫣幚?,所以簡便、維護(hù)簡單;
清潔,光潔度高;
焊接性能好。
鉻是使不銹鋼獲得耐蝕性的基本元素,當(dāng)鋼中含鉻量達(dá)到12%左右時(shí),鉻與腐蝕介質(zhì)中的氧作用,在鋼表面形成一層很薄的氧化膜( 自鈍化膜),可阻止鋼的基體進(jìn)一步腐蝕。除鉻外,常用的合金元素還有鎳、鉬、鈦、鈮、銅、氮等,以滿足各種用途對(duì)不銹鋼組織和性能的要求。
不銹鋼通常按基體組織分為:
1、鐵素體不銹鋼。含鉻12%~30%。其耐蝕性、韌性和可焊性隨含鉻量的增加而提高 , 耐氯化物應(yīng)力腐蝕性能優(yōu)于其他種類不銹鋼。
2、奧氏體不銹鋼。含鉻大于18%,還含有 8%左右的鎳及少量鉬、鈦、氮等元素。綜合性能好,可耐多種介質(zhì)腐蝕。
3、奧氏體 - 鐵素體雙相不銹鋼。兼有奧氏體和鐵素體不銹鋼的優(yōu)點(diǎn),并具有超塑性。
4、馬氏體不銹鋼。強(qiáng)度高,但塑性和可焊性較差。
S20100材料的性能決定著材料的適用范圍及應(yīng)用的合理性;主要分為四個(gè)方面,即:
(1))機(jī)械性能:S20100強(qiáng)度、S20100硬度、S20100塑性、S20100疲勞、S20100沖擊韌性(2)化學(xué)性能: S20100耐蝕性、S20100高溫氧化性
(3)物理性能: S20100密度、S20100線膨脹系數(shù)、S20100熱導(dǎo)率、S20100電導(dǎo)率
銅板帶材的發(fā)展應(yīng)適應(yīng)電子、電力、電腦和通訊產(chǎn)品的需求。銅是被廣泛應(yīng)用的佳導(dǎo)電體和導(dǎo)熱體。黃銅焊接性好且便宜,常用于制作導(dǎo)電、導(dǎo)熱元件,耐蝕結(jié)構(gòu)件,彈性元件,日用五金及裝飾材料等。黃銅中鋅的含量越高,其強(qiáng)度也較高,塑性稍低。

Characteristics of American "S20100" stainless steel:
Beautiful surface and diversified use possibilities;
Good corrosion resistance, durable than ordinary steel;
Good corrosion resistance;
High strength, so the possibility of using thin plates is high;
High temperature oxidation resistance and high strength, so it can resist fire;
Normal temperature processing, i.e. easy plastic processing;
Because there is no need for surface treatment, it is simple and easy to maintain;
Clean and high finish;
Good welding performance.
Chromium is the basic element for stainless steel to obtain corrosion resistance. When the chromium content in the steel reaches about 12%, a thin oxide film (self passivation film) is formed on the steel surface due to the interaction of chromium and oxygen in the corrosion medium, which can prevent the steel substrate from further corrosion. In addition to chromium, commonly used alloy elements include nickel, molybdenum, titanium, niobium, copper, nitrogen, etc., to meet the requirements of various uses for stainless steel structure and properties.
Stainless steel is generally divided into:
1. Ferritic stainless steel. It contains 12%~30% chromium. Its corrosion resistance, toughness and weldability increase with the increase of chromium content, and its chloride stress corrosion resistance is superior to other types of stainless steel.
2. Austenitic stainless steel. Chromium content is more than 18%, and it also contains about 8% nickel and a small amount of molybdenum, titanium, nitrogen and other elements. It has good comprehensive performance and can resist corrosion of various mediums.
3. Austenitic ferritic duplex stainless steel. It has the advantages of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steels, and has superplasticity.
4. Martensitic stainless steel. High strength, but poor plasticity and weldability.
The performance of S20100 material determines the application scope and application rationality of the material; It is mainly divided into four aspects, namely:
(1) ) Mechanical properties: S20100 strength, S20100 hardness, S20100 plasticity, S20100 fatigue, S20100 impact toughness (2) Chemical properties: S20100 corrosion resistance, S20100 high-temperature oxidation
(3) Physical properties: S20,100 density, S20,100 linear expansion coefficient, S20,100 thermal conductivity, S20,100 conductivity
The development of copper sheet and strip should meet the needs of electronic, power, computer and communication products. Copper is a good conductor and heat conductor widely used. Brass has good weldability and is cheap. It is often used to make conductive and thermal conductive components, corrosion resistant structural parts, elastic components, household hardware and decorative materials. The higher the content of zinc in brass, the higher its strength and lower its plasticity.
