職業(yè)規(guī)劃：What’s your career plan?

提示：這也是一個(gè)應(yīng)當(dāng)時(shí)時(shí)拷問(wèn)自己的問(wèn)題，結(jié)合實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，專業(yè)背景，有理有據(jù)即可。Storyline要清晰。

面試官為什么要問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題？

看候選人對(duì)自己能力/個(gè)性的了解程度，對(duì)自己未來(lái)規(guī)劃的清晰程度。此外，也可以考察職業(yè)規(guī)劃和申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目是否匹配，不匹配的話即使面試表現(xiàn)還不錯(cuò)，被刷掉的可能性也會(huì)比較高。

注意事項(xiàng)：

2.???? 要相信自己的職業(yè)規(guī)劃！換言之，一定要是你真真正正想要遵循和前進(jìn)的道路，不確定沒(méi)有關(guān)系，可以直說(shuō)，但一定要是自己深思熟慮之后的。因?yàn)楹苋菀妆籧hallenge，如果不夠堅(jiān)定，被challenge到了，面官會(huì)覺(jué)得這么重要的問(wèn)題都想不清楚，很影響印象。

3.???? 如果實(shí)習(xí)不多，或者還沒(méi)有很明確的職業(yè)規(guī)劃，可以不用強(qiáng)行編一條道路出來(lái)。但回答的過(guò)程中，應(yīng)當(dāng)講清楚你不斷探索和尋找的過(guò)程。

My current career plan consists of three stages:

Firstly, learning stage. Consulting is where I choose to start my career life. Because xxxx(一二級(jí)市場(chǎng)或者別的方面都可以，先講行業(yè)，再說(shuō)理由)。 To get into MBB, I’ve interned in company A/B/C, I still need to get one more internship experience in tier 1 consulting companies, which I intend to arrange it in the first semester of my graduate life.(行業(yè)里的目標(biāo)公司，基本資歷要求，已經(jīng)有了多少，還差什么) Three to five years do I plan to spend on this stage, to arm myself and become the top in this industry.

Next, I would seek greater improvement. At the age of 40, I should have become the partner of a consulting company. The 15 years is for me to dive deep into the field, make the world a better place because of my work.(也這個(gè)因人而異，可以一個(gè)行業(yè)做到底，也可以前幾年咨詢起步，學(xué)到方法論之后轉(zhuǎn)其他方向，根據(jù)自己的情況講就好)。

Last but not least, I’d enjoy the idea of turning into education. It is till I achieved high did I change my position is because I believe, only when I’m good enough can I truly teach others something of use. Besides, sticking to the industry I’ve been familiar with is with neither challenge nor further improvement possibilities.
