在歐盟市場“CE”標(biāo)志屬強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在火災(zāi)探測和火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-16）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。

This European Standard specifies requirements，methods of test and performance criteria for voice alarm control and indicating equipment for use in fire detection and fire alarm systems installed in buildings, where the alarm signal is in the form of tone(s) or voice message(s), or both.

lt also provides for the evaluation of conformity of the equipment to the requirements of this European Standard.

NOTE The overall requirements of a voice alarm system, especally concerming audiblity and intelligibility, are not covered in this part of EN 54. The manufacturer should consider requirements of an overall system that may affect the equipment design. Such system requirements may be specified in another part of EN 54, in national legislation, codes and standards or in contractual documents.

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了安裝在建筑物中的火災(zāi)探測和火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)中使用的語音報警控制和指示設(shè)備的要求、測試方法和性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其中報警信號以音調(diào)或語音信息的形式出現(xiàn)，或兩者兼而有之。

它還規(guī)定了設(shè)備符合本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的評估。

注:語音報警系統(tǒng)的總體要求，特別是關(guān)于聲音的可聽性和可理解性，不在en54的這一部分中涵蓋。制造商應(yīng)考慮可能影響設(shè)備設(shè)計的整體系統(tǒng)的要求。這些系統(tǒng)要求可以在EN 54的其他部分、國家立法、規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或合同文件中規(guī)定。

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，火災(zāi)探測和火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，火災(zāi)探測和火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 54-16
