十一、參賽資格

11、Competition Qualification：

（一）資格賽

1、資格賽采用公開報(bào)名，不限年齡，不限國籍。

2、未處在任何國內(nèi)外官方臺(tái)球組織的禁賽期內(nèi)。

11.1 Qualification

11.1.1. The qualification competition is open to all ages and nationalities.

11.1.2 Not within the suspension period of any official billiards organization from home and abroad.

（二）正賽

11.2 Final Stage

1、正賽限128人參加，其中40名選手直接參加正賽，剩余88名全部從資格賽中產(chǎn)生。正賽參賽選手必須為完成2023年度中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)注冊(cè)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員會(huì)員。

11.2.1 128 players participated in the final stage, 24 players directly participated, the remaining 104 players are all selected from the qualification competition.Participants in the competition must be athlete members who have completed the 2023 registration with the Chinese Billiards & Snooker Association.

2、直接參加正賽選手：

2.1、國內(nèi)男子組：中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)最新中式臺(tái)球男子排名前16名

2.2、國內(nèi)女子組：中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)最新中式臺(tái)球女子排名前4名

2.3、國際男子組：組委會(huì)邀請(qǐng)的16名

11.2.2 Participants directly participating in the final stage:

3、資格賽晉級(jí)正賽選手

3.1、國內(nèi)男子組：全國資格賽選拔40名和玉山資格賽選拔16名

3.2、國內(nèi)女子組：玉山資格賽選拔8名

3.3、國際男子組：玉山資格賽選拔16名

3.4、國際女子組：玉山資格賽選拔8名

3. Qualified players advanced to the final stage

4、如遇男子排名前16、女子排名前4的選手未報(bào)名參賽或不符合參賽條件，空余名額將按照排名依次順延遞補(bǔ)。如已報(bào)名又臨時(shí)退賽的，空余名額將在資格賽未出線的選手中依據(jù)資格賽的綜合成績擇優(yōu)遞補(bǔ)。

注：所有參賽選手必須在賽前自行進(jìn)行身體健康檢查，并自行購買參賽期間的意外傷害保險(xiǎn)。

4. If the top 16 men's and top 4 Women's players do not register or do not meet the entry requirements, The vacant seats will be filled in order of ranking. If the contestants have already registered and have temporarily withdrawn from the competition, the vacant seats will be filled out among the contestants who have not qualified in the qualification competition based on the comprehensive results of the qualification competition.

13、Registration fee:

（一）資格賽

1、國內(nèi)組

1.1、國內(nèi)組資格賽參賽費(fèi)為人民幣400元/人。

1.2、國內(nèi)組參賽費(fèi)通過“星牌臺(tái)球”官方微信公眾號(hào)進(jìn)行繳納。

2、國際組

2.1、國際組資格賽參賽費(fèi)為60美元/人。

2.2、國際組參賽費(fèi)在比賽現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行繳納。

Chinese Group

1.The qualification registration fee for the Chinese group is CNY 400 per person

（二）正賽

13.2 Final Stage

1、國內(nèi)組

1.1、直接參加正賽的國內(nèi)組選手，需一次性繳納參賽費(fèi)人民幣1000元/人。

1.2、由全國資格賽晉級(jí)正賽選手補(bǔ)交正賽參賽費(fèi)人民幣800元/人。

1.3、由玉山資格賽晉級(jí)正賽選手補(bǔ)交正賽參賽費(fèi)人民幣600元/人。

13.2.1 Chinese Group

1.Chinese players who directly participate in the competition shall pay a one-time entry fee of CNY 1000 per person.

2.CNY 800 per person will be paid by the national qualifier for the final stage.

3.CNY 600 per person will be paid by the Yushan Qualifier for the final stage.

2、國際組

2.1、直接參加正賽的國際組選手，需一次性繳納參賽費(fèi)150美元/人。

2.2、由玉山資格賽晉級(jí)正賽選手補(bǔ)交正賽參賽費(fèi)90美元/人。

13.2.2 International Group

13.2.2.1 International group?players?who directly participate in the final stage need to pay a one-time entry fee of $150 per person.

1.32.2.2 The entry fee is $ 90 /person for those who advance from the Yushan Qualification to the final stage.

（三）16周歲及以下選手（2007年1月1日以后出生的選手）以及女子選手如未晉級(jí)正賽，賽后可退還參賽費(fèi)。如晉級(jí)正賽，不退還參賽費(fèi)。

13.2.2.3 Participants aged 16 and under (born after January 1st, 2007) and female participants who do not qualify for the final stage will be refunded after the event. If the player reaches final stage, the entry fee will not be refunded.

1、國內(nèi)男子資格賽選手報(bào)到時(shí)間

1.1、第一場資格賽報(bào)到時(shí)間截止至北京時(shí)間2023年10月7日17:00。

1.2、第二場資格賽報(bào)到時(shí)間截止至北京時(shí)間2023年10月10日17:00。

2、國內(nèi)女子資格賽選手報(bào)到時(shí)間

1.1、第一場資格賽報(bào)到時(shí)間截止至北京時(shí)間2023年10月9日17:00。

1.2、第二場資格賽報(bào)到時(shí)間截止至北京時(shí)間2023年10月11日17:00。

3、國際資格賽選手報(bào)到時(shí)間

報(bào)到時(shí)間截止至北京時(shí)間2023年10月9日17:00。

14.1 Qualification

14.1.1 Player Registration time for Chinese Men's qualifiers

(1) Player registration for the first qualifying session is due at 17:00 Beijing time on 7th Oct 2023.

(2) The player registration deadline for the second qualifying session is 17:00 Beijing time on 10th Oct 2023.

14.1.2 Player Registration for Chinese Women qualifiers

(1) Player registration for the first qualifying session is due at 17:00 Beijing time on 9th Oct 2023.

(2) Player registration for the second qualifying session will be open until 17:00 Beijing time on 11th Oct 2023.

14.1.3 Player Registration time for international qualifiers

The player registration deadline is 17:00, 9th Oct, 2023 (Beijing time).

（二）正賽

國內(nèi)組、國際組所有參加正賽選手報(bào)到時(shí)間截止至北京時(shí)間2023年10月13日20:00。

14.2 Final Stage

The player registration deadline for all participants in the Chinese and international groups will be 20:00,? 13th Oct 2023 (Beijing time).

（三）所有正賽參賽選手必須參加2023年10月14日舉行的比賽技術(shù)會(huì)議及開幕式。

14.3 All participants must attend the opening ceremony on October 14th, 2023.

十五、競賽辦法

15、 Competition method:

（一）比賽規(guī)則

15.1 Competition Rules

1、執(zhí)行中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)2017版《中式臺(tái)球競賽總則》，全程使用三角框擺球、輪流開球。

15.1.1 Implement the 2017 edition of the Chinese Billiards and Snooker Association's "General Rules for Chinese Billiards Competition", using a triangular frame to swing the ball and take turns kicking off the ball throughout the entire process.

2、資格賽除直播臺(tái)之外全部由區(qū)域裁判巡場，所有區(qū)域裁判巡場的場次由雙方選手自行比球、擺球、記錄比賽成績，并相互監(jiān)督犯規(guī)行為。如有需要聲明的事項(xiàng)應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ礁嬷?，若任何一方?duì)一次擊球有疑問，可尋求巡場裁判判定。

15.1.2 All qualified matches, except for the live broadcast, are toured by regional referees. The sessions which are toured by regional referees are compared, placed, recorded, and fouls are monitored by both players themselves. If there are any matters that need to be declared, the other party should be informed. If either party has any questions about a stroke, they can seek the judgment of the tour referee.

3、由裁判員單獨(dú)執(zhí)裁的比賽，裁判員擺放完成球后，選手可以查看，但不得要求重?cái)[。

15.1.3 The game which is decided by the referee alone, after the referee has placed the ball, the player can view it, but may not request a rearrangement.

4、由裁判員單獨(dú)執(zhí)裁的比賽限時(shí)45秒出桿，剩余10秒提醒一次，剩余5秒讀秒，雙方選手每局比賽均可申請(qǐng)一次45秒的延時(shí)，決勝局不限時(shí)。由區(qū)域裁判巡場的比賽原則上不計(jì)時(shí)，但對(duì)故意拖延時(shí)間的行為，裁判長有權(quán)臨時(shí)決定對(duì)該場比賽采取限時(shí)出桿。

15.1.4 The game which is decided by the referee alone is limited to a 45 seconds shot, with a reminder of the remaining 10 seconds and a count of the remaining 5 seconds. Both players can apply for one 45 seconds delay in each game, and there is no time limit for the decide frame. In principle, games toured by regional referees are not timed, but for intentional delay in time, the presiding judge has the right to temporarily decide to take a limited time shot for the game.

5、每位選手每場比賽可在局間使用一次暫停，時(shí)間為5分鐘，（一方選手申請(qǐng)了暫停，另一方選手也離開比賽場地將被視為同樣申請(qǐng)了暫停）。使用暫停過程中有以下行為者（吸煙、接收?qǐng)鐾庵笇?dǎo)、超時(shí)未歸）將被判負(fù)一局，超過15分鐘將被判負(fù)整場比賽。在比賽期間（包括暫停）選手接打電話將被取消本場比賽資格。使用暫停必須向當(dāng)值裁判員表明意圖。在已使用過暫停后，球員如因身體原因需要上洗手間將被允許，只有在本人行使球權(quán)時(shí)才可提出。

15.1.5. Each player can use a 5-minute pause between innings for each game (if one player applies for a pause and the other player also leaves the playing field, it will be considered as if they have applied for a pause). During the suspension process, any of the following individuals (smoking, receiving off court guidance, or not returning after a timeout) will be penalized as a loss of one inning, and those who exceed 15 minutes will be penalized as a loss of the entire game. During the competition (including suspension), players who make phone calls will be disqualified from the competition. When using a pause, one must indicate their intention to the referee on duty. After the suspension has been used, players who need to use the restroom due to physical reasons will be allowed to do so only when exercising their ball rights.

6、每輪比賽裁判長宣布比賽開始后，未到場的選手將被判負(fù)一局，15分鐘后仍未到場視為棄權(quán)。遲到選手將失去賽前熱身時(shí)間和比球權(quán)，由對(duì)手選擇誰先開球。

15.1.6 After the referee announces the start of each round of competition, players who are not present will be sentenced to one loss. Failure to appear after 15 minutes will be considered a waiver. The late player will lose the warm-up time and the right to possession the ball, and the opponent will choose who will kick off first.

7.嚴(yán)禁在比賽中使用滑石粉。

15.1.7 Talc is strictly prohibited to use during the competition.

（二）賽制

15.2 Competition system

1、資格賽

15.2.1 Qualifier

1.1、國內(nèi)男子組

分兩場進(jìn)行，采用單敗淘汰，全部采用13局7勝。每場晉級(jí)8名，共16名。

15.2.1.1 Chinese Men's Group

It will be played in two sessions, using single elimination, all adopt win 7 of 13. 8 qualify for each tournament, a total of 16 players.

1.2、國內(nèi)女子組

分兩場進(jìn)行，采用單敗淘汰，全部采用9局5勝。每場晉級(jí)4名，共8名。

15.2.1.2 Chinese Women's Group

It will be played in two sessions, with a single elimination, all adopt win 5 of 9. Each session advances 4 players, totaling 8 players.

1.3、國際男子組

分兩場進(jìn)行，采用單敗淘汰，全部采用13局7勝。每場晉級(jí)8名，共16名。

15.2.1.3 International Men's Group

It will be played in two sessions, with a single elimination, all adopt win 7 of 13, Each session will advance 8 players, totaling 16 players.

1.4、國際女子組

分兩場進(jìn)行，采用單敗淘汰，全部采用9局5勝。每場晉級(jí)4名，共8名。

15.2.1.4 International Women's Group

It will be played in two sessions, with a single elimination, all adopt win 5 of 9. Each session will advance 4 players, totaling 8 players.

1.5、組委會(huì)有權(quán)根據(jù)實(shí)際報(bào)名情況調(diào)整晉級(jí)正賽的名額。

15.2.1.5 The organizing committee has the right to adjust the quota for promotion to the main competition based on the actual registration situation.

2、正賽

15.2.2 Final Stage

2.1、正賽共128人，其中國內(nèi)男子組72人、國內(nèi)女子組12人、國際男子組32人、國際女子組12人，共分三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行。

15.2.2.1 A total of 128 players, including 72 in the Chinese Men's group, 12 in the Chinese Women's group, 32 in the International Men's group, and 12 in the International Women's group, which are divided into three stages.

2.2、第一階段分為國內(nèi)男子組、國內(nèi)女子組、國際男子組、國際女子組四個(gè)組別，每個(gè)組別分別進(jìn)行雙敗淘汰賽，男子組采用17局9勝，女子組采用13局7勝。

（1）國內(nèi)男子組分為9個(gè)8人組，每組晉級(jí)4人，共晉級(jí)36人；

（2）國內(nèi)女子組分為3個(gè)4人組，每組晉級(jí)2人，晉級(jí)6人；

（3）國際男子組分為4個(gè)8人組，每組晉級(jí)4人，晉級(jí)16人；

（4）國際女子組分為3個(gè)4人組，每組晉級(jí)2人，晉級(jí)6人。

第一階段共64名選手晉級(jí)第二階段的比賽。

15.2.2.2 The first stage is divided into four groups: Chinese Men's group, Chinese Women's group, International Men's group and International Women's group. Each group will carry out double elimination matches respectively. Men's group will win 9 of 17, Women's group will win 7 of 13.

(1) Chinese Men's group is divided into 9 groups of 8 players, each group of 4 qualified, a total of 36 qualified;

(2) The Chinese Women's group is divided into 3 groups of 4 players, each group qualified 2, qualified 6;

(3) The International Men's group is divided into 4 groups of 8 players, each group qualified 4, qualified 16;

(4) The International Women's group is divided into 3 groups of 4, each group qualified 2, qualified 6.

A total of 64 contestants from the first stage are advanced to the second stage.

3、第二階段分為男子組（國內(nèi)男子組與國際男子組合并）和女子組（國內(nèi)女子組與國際女子組合并）兩個(gè)組別，每個(gè)組別進(jìn)行雙敗淘汰賽，男子組采用21局11勝，女子組采用17局9勝。

（1）男子組52人，分為6個(gè)8人組和1個(gè)4人組。8人組每組晉級(jí)4人，4人組每組晉級(jí)2人，共晉級(jí)26人。

（2）女子組12人，分為3個(gè)4人組，每組晉級(jí)2人，共晉級(jí)6人。

第二階段共32名選手晉級(jí)第三階段的比賽。

15.2.3 The second stage is divided into two groups: the men's group (combined with the domestic men's group and the international men's group) and the women's group (combined with the domestic women's group and the international women's group). Each group undergoes a double loss elimination tournament, with the men's group winning 11 out of 21 and the women's group winning 9? of 17.

15.2.3.1 The men's group consists of 52 people, divided into 6 8-person groups and 1 4-person group. Each group of 8 advanced 4 people, while each group of 4 advanced 2 people, totaling 26 people.

15.2.3.2 The women's group consists of 12 people, divided into 3 groups of 4 people, with 2 people advancing in each group, totaling 6 people advancing.

In the second stage, a total of 32 players advanced to the third stage of the competition.

4、第三階段至決賽所有選手合并，不分組別，全部采用單敗淘汰賽。其中半決賽和三、四名決賽采用41局21勝（分兩個(gè)階段），決賽采用81局41勝（分兩天四個(gè)階段），其余比賽全部為25局13勝。

15.2.4? From the third stage to the final stage, all contestants will be merged, regardless of their group, and will adopt a single defeat knockout stage. 1、資格賽

15.3.1? Qualification Tournament

1.1、資格賽不設(shè)種子，全部混抽入位。參賽選手可根據(jù)自身情況現(xiàn)場抽簽，也可由裁判員代替抽簽。

15.3.1.1 There are no seeds in the qualification competition, and all of them are mixed drawn and placed. Contestants can draw lots on site based on their own situation, or they can be replaced by referees to draw lots.

1.2、資格賽抽簽全程進(jìn)行視頻直播。由裁判員代替選手抽簽的，選手需服從抽簽結(jié)果。

15.3.1.2 The entire process of drawing lots for the qualification competition will be live streamed via video. If a referee draws lots on behalf of a contestant, the contestant must comply with the results of the draw.

2、正賽

15.3.2 Regular competition

2.1、第一階段四個(gè)組別將直接參加正賽的選手設(shè)為種子。從資格賽晉級(jí)的選手全部混抽入位。

15.3.2.1 In the first stage, the four groups will seed the contestants who directly participate in the main competition. All contestants who have advanced from the qualification round will be mixed up and placed.

2.2、正賽第二階段將第一階段勝部晉級(jí)的選手依據(jù)勝率排序設(shè)為種子，勝率相同者依據(jù)排名進(jìn)行排序，如排名相同或都無排名則抽簽決定。敗部晉級(jí)的選手全部混抽入位。

15.3.2.2 In the second stage of the competition, the contestants who advance from the first stage will be ranked as seeds based on their winning percentage. Those with the same winning percentage will be ranked based on their ranking. If they have the same or no ranking, they will be decided by drawing lots. All the contestants who were promoted by the defeated team were mixed in.

2.3、所有參加正賽的選手必須出席10月14日比賽技術(shù)會(huì)議。正賽第二階段、第三階段抽簽可由裁判員代替選手抽簽，選手需服從抽簽結(jié)果。

15.3.2.3 All participants in the competition must attend the technical meeting on October 14th. In the second and third stages of the competition, the referee may draw lots on behalf of the contestants, and the contestants must comply with the results of the draw.

3、最終抽簽結(jié)果將在星牌臺(tái)球官方微信公眾號(hào)進(jìn)行公布。

15.3.3 The final lottery result will be announced on the official WeChat official account of Xingpai?Billiards.

（四）申訴辦法及流程

15.4? Appeal methods and procedures

1、對(duì)當(dāng)值裁判裁決不服的申訴需在判罰后雙方選手下一擊前提出，否則不予受理。

15.4.1 Any appeal against the judgment of the referee on duty must be raised before the next strike by both players after the penalty is awarded, otherwise it will not be accepted.

2、如對(duì)當(dāng)值裁判員的最終判罰有異議，可向裁判長進(jìn)行申訴，裁判長的決定為最終裁決。

15.4.2 If there are objections to the final judgment of the referee on duty, they can appeal to the presiding judge, and the presiding judge's decision is the final decision.

十六、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法

16、 Reward method

（一）注冊(cè)為中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員個(gè)人專業(yè)會(huì)員的男子選手可獲得中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)（CBSA）中式臺(tái)球積分排名，積分辦法依照《中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)球員積分排名辦法（試行）》執(zhí)行，詳見中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)官方網(wǎng)站。該積分將作為中國男子選手參加總決賽的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。

16.1 Male players who register as individual professional members of the Chinese Billiards & Snooker Association can obtain the Chinese Billiards & Snooker Association (CBSA) Chinese Billiards Points Ranking. The points will be ranked according to the "Chinese Billiards & Snooker Association Player Points Ranking Method (Trial)", which can be found on the official website of the Chinese Billiards & Snooker Association. This point will serve as one of the criteria for Chinese men's athletes to participate in the finals.

（二）冠、亞軍獲得賽事獎(jiǎng)杯、獎(jiǎng)牌，前8名選手均獲得中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)頒發(fā)的賽事獲獎(jiǎng)證書。

16.2 The champion and runner up won the tournament trophy and medal, and the top 8 players won the award certificate issued by the Chinese Billiards & Snooker Association.

（三）獎(jiǎng)金分配：

備注：比賽獎(jiǎng)金均為人民幣稅前金額，所有獲獎(jiǎng)選手由承辦單位按照國家稅收規(guī)定代扣代繳20%稅金。最佳運(yùn)動(dòng)員是在正賽期間連續(xù)清臺(tái)（包含炸清和接清）數(shù)量最多的選手，如多名選手連續(xù)清臺(tái)數(shù)量相同，則獎(jiǎng)金平分。所有獎(jiǎng)金將在比賽結(jié)束后15日內(nèi)，發(fā)放至選手登記的銀行卡賬戶。

16.3 Remark: The prize money for the competition is before tax in CNY, and all winning contestants will be deducted and paid 20% of the tax by the organizer in accordance with national tax regulations. The best athlete is the one who has the highest number of consecutive Clearance (including blast clean ups and pick up clean ups) during the competition. If multiple players have the same number of consecutive clean ups, the prize money will be divided equally. All bonuses will be distributed to players' registered bank card accounts within 15 days after the end of the competition.

十八、參賽要求

18、Entry requirements：

1、男子選手須上身穿長袖襯衫、馬甲、領(lǐng)結(jié)，下身穿深色西褲，穿正裝皮鞋；女子選手可著時(shí)裝，服裝優(yōu)雅、得體、大方，服裝不符合要求者禁止參賽。裁判長有權(quán)決定選手參賽服裝的要求，如有更改將另行通知。

18.1. Male Players must wear a long-sleeved shirt, vest, and bow tie on the upper body, dark color dress pants on the lower body, and formal leather shoes; Female players are allowed to wear fashionable clothing, which is elegant, appropriate, and generous. Those whose clothing does not meet the requirements are prohibited from participating. The referee reserves the right to determine the players ‘s attire requirements, subject to change by notice.

2、根據(jù)《中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)裁判員、運(yùn)動(dòng)員佩戴商標(biāo)廣告管理規(guī)定》的要求，賽會(huì)贊助商兩塊標(biāo)識(shí)由組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一制作，每位參賽選手必須佩戴在指定部位(左手握桿的佩戴在右胸；右手握桿的佩戴在左胸；手臂上為中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)指定商標(biāo)位）。每位參賽選手至多可佩戴兩塊商業(yè)或政府標(biāo)識(shí)，每塊尺寸矩形商標(biāo)不超過5厘米×8厘米，圓形商標(biāo)直徑不超過7厘米，必須佩戴在指定位置（左胸或右胸）。如有違反經(jīng)指正不改者將被取消比賽資格；非指定部位不能佩戴任何標(biāo)識(shí)，否則不準(zhǔn)參賽。

18.2 According to the requirements of the "Regulations on the Administration of Trademark Advertising for Referees and Athletes of the China Billiards Association",the two logos of the tournament sponsors will be uniformly made by the organizing committee, and each contestant must wear them on designated parts (the ones holding the cue with the left hand should wear it on the right chest; the ones holding the cue with the right hand should wear it on the left chest; the arms should be designated by the?China Billiards &Snooker Association?trademark bit. Each contestant can wear up to two commercial or government logos, each with a size of no more than 5cm x 8cm, and must be worn on the designated position (left or right chest). Those who violate the rules and do not make corrections will be disqualified from the competition; non-designated parts cannot wear any logo, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate.

3、遵守賽會(huì)紀(jì)律，服從賽會(huì)安排。

18.3 Abide by the discipline of the competition and obey the arrangement of the competition.

4、未經(jīng)組委會(huì)事先同意，參賽選手在比賽期間（10月8日-22日）不得參加非組委會(huì)舉辦的各類商業(yè)活動(dòng)和其它賽事，如有違反一經(jīng)查實(shí)，組委會(huì)將取消其參賽資格。

18.4 Without the prior consent of the organizing committee, contestants are not allowed to participate in various commercial activities and other events not organized by the organizing committee during the competition period (October 8-22,2023). If any violation is found, the organizing committee will cancel their eligibility to participate.

5、所有參賽選手有義務(wù)參加組委會(huì)舉辦的贊助商活動(dòng)。組委會(huì)舉辦的贊助商活動(dòng)、賽前技術(shù)會(huì)議、開幕式、抽簽儀式、閉幕式暨頒獎(jiǎng)儀式均為參賽選手必須出席的賽事配套相關(guān)活動(dòng)，非正當(dāng)理由并未經(jīng)組委會(huì)同意而缺席活動(dòng)的參賽選手，中臺(tái)協(xié)或組委會(huì)將根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)定予以處罰。

18.5 All participants are obligated to participate in the sponsor activities organized by the organizing committee. The sponsor activities, pre competition technical meetings, opening ceremonies, drawing ceremonies, closing ceremonies, and award ceremonies organized by the organizing committee are all necessary supporting activities for the competition. Participants who are absent from the event without the consent of the organizing committee due to improper reasons will be punished by the?China Billiards &Snooker Association?or the organizing committee in accordance with relevant regulations.

6、參賽球員須在賽前15分鐘到賽會(huì)指定檢錄處報(bào)到，由賽會(huì)人員檢查參賽球員的服裝、商業(yè)標(biāo)識(shí)是否符合要求，并在賽前5分鐘到達(dá)比賽場地入口，由裁判員帶領(lǐng)參賽球員進(jìn)入比賽場地。

18.6 Players must report to the designated checkpoint of the competition 15 minutes before the competition. The competition personnel will check whether the players' clothing and commercial logos meet the requirements, and players arrive at the entrance of the competition venue 5 minutes before the competition. The referee will lead the players into the competition venue.

7、比賽場館內(nèi)禁止吸煙，如出現(xiàn)違反賽會(huì)規(guī)定和不文明的行為，將被視為違反體育道德精神受到處罰。

18.7 Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue. If there is any violation of the rules of the competition and uncivilized behavior, it will be considered as a violation of the spirit of sports ethics and punished.

8、賽事期間嚴(yán)禁酗酒和任何形式的賭博行為，嚴(yán)禁任何違法亂紀(jì)和有悖道德倫理的行為，違者將被取消參賽資格。

18.8? During the competition, it is strictly prohibited to drink excessively and engage in any form of gambling, as well as any behavior that violates the law, discipline, and ethics. Violators will be disqualified from participating.

9、嚴(yán)禁任何形式的假球、操縱或變相操縱比賽的行為，一經(jīng)認(rèn)定，將按相關(guān)規(guī)定嚴(yán)肅處理，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的將移交司法機(jī)關(guān)處理。

18.9 Any form of matchfixing, manipulation, or disguised manipulation of the game is strictly prohibited. Once confirmed, it will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations. If the circumstances are serious, it will be transferred to judicial authorities for handling.

10、對(duì)于賽事期間的違規(guī)、違紀(jì)、違法行為，中臺(tái)協(xié)將依據(jù)《中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)紀(jì)律準(zhǔn)則和處罰規(guī)定》做出相應(yīng)處罰。當(dāng)事人對(duì)處理結(jié)果不服的，可依法依規(guī)申請(qǐng)?bào)w育仲裁。

18.10? For violations, discipline violations, and illegal activities during the competition, the?China Billiards &Snooker Association?will impose corresponding penalties in accordance with the "Rules and Punishment Regulations of the China Billiards &Snooker Association". If the parties are not satisfied with the handling result, they may apply for sports arbitration in accordance with the law and regulations.

十九、本規(guī)程的解釋權(quán)屬中國臺(tái)球協(xié)會(huì)，未盡事宜另行通知。
