通信電纜、光纜CE認證（歐盟強制認證）－簡介

在歐盟市場“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求。

在通信電纜、光纜加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標準（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 50575）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執(zhí)行

This European Standard specifies reaction to fire performance requirements, test and assessment methods for electric cables used for the supply of electricity and for control and communication purposes, which are intended for use in construction works and subject to performance requirements on reaction to fire.

The cables covered by this standard are intended to be used for the supply of electricity and communications in buildings and other civil engineering works with the objective of limiting the generation and spread of fire and smoke.

Cables intended to be used for the supply of electricity, communication, and fire detection and alarm in buildings and other civil engineering works where it is essential to assure the continuity of power and/or signal supply of safety installations such as alarm, way guidance and fire fighting installations are not covered by this standard.

本歐洲標準規(guī)定了用于電力供應(yīng)、控制和通信目的的電纜的防火性能要求、測試和評估方法，這些電纜適用于建筑工程，并符合防火性能要求。

本標準所涵蓋的電纜旨在用于建筑物和其他土木工程的電力和通信供應(yīng)，目的是限制火災(zāi)和煙霧的產(chǎn)生和蔓延。

在建筑物和其他土木工程中，用于供電、通信、火災(zāi)探測和報警的電纜，在這些地方，必須保證電力和/或信號供應(yīng)的連續(xù)性，如報警、導(dǎo)道和消防裝置，不包括在本標準范圍內(nèi)。

通信電纜、光纜CE認證－EN 50575–認證流程

1、確定需要認證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，通信電纜、光纜需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標準，通信電纜、光纜需符合協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 50575

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標準EN 50575進行測試評估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測試報告和證書

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機構(gòu)編碼的CE標志

8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
