氨基PEG羧基(NH2-PEG-COOH)是異雙功能PEG衍生物之一,異雙功能的氨基PEG羧基具有一個(gè)胺基和一個(gè)由PEG偶聯(lián)的羧基。該P(yáng)EG分子可以與胺和羧基反應(yīng)性官能團(tuán)反應(yīng),修飾蛋白質(zhì),肽和其他材料。聚乙二醇化可以增加溶解度和穩(wěn)定性,并降低肽和蛋白質(zhì)的免疫原性。它還可以抑制帶電分子與改性表面的非特異性結(jié)合。
Amino PEG carboxyl group (NH2 - PEG - -cooh) group is one of the double function of PEG derivatives, different amino PEG carboxyl has a dual function of amine and a PEG coupling of carboxyl. The PEG molecules can react with amino and carboxyl reactive functional groups, modify proteins, peptides and other materials. Polyethylene glycol (peg) can increase the solubility and stability, and?reduce the immunogenicity of peptides and proteins. It can also inhibit non-specific combination of charged molecules and surface modification.
